I purchased a Jurgens trailer 7 days ago, I was trying to negotiate the price a bit but ended up paying what they had it advertised for, the day of collection I asked the sales man if the Admin fee I am paying is for covering the registration and licensing fees, he said no that's included in the price and me being a first time cash buyer I asked him for the Natis documents as I left (Not knowing they need it to do change of owner ship and registration) the salesman informed me that I would get it within 21 days with my license, so up to this point I was happy and went home, yesterday morning I got a Sms saying my papers were ready to collect, I was shocked as i was informed it would take up to 21 days and it only took 6, so here is where things started to go of track. Right, so I quickly Googled trading hours, it says 18:00 I arrange to get off work earlier, drive all the way to Randburg from Montana, I get there at 16:45 to see a sign on the door the collections office closes at 16:30, there was nothing like that said to me or anywhere on the website, I complain at the manager, the manager sends someone else to look in the office, we find nothing the manager than tell me he will send someone today to drop the papers off, that also didn't happen I ended up sending my wife she gets there and only gets handed the Natis document, no registration or number plates and I get informed I must take the trailer for the test and register it myself, I would understand if it was a 5 or 6k trailer, but this is a R60000 trailer, I was told the registration will be done within 21 days and my wife was my witness The trailer was missing a couple of reflectors and some reflective tape, so I am 100% sure if I had to take it like that it would have failed the test anyway
I opened up a TFG account last year, used it once and paid every cent that showed on my account a couple of months ago, I emailed my statement and proof of payment to the accounts department and asked please to close my account, now I am getting Smss again stating I need to pay R40 as this is now reflecting badly on my credit score, please sort this out and fix the damage that was done to my credit score

Good morning Part of the negotiation of Settling my African bank account was that they would close my account and fix my payment profile with the credit bureas, it's been close to a month since I paid very close to hundred thousand rand to settle my account, my account shows closed with Transunion and Experian but the profile has not been fixed, please assist me with this as every time I email to ask it's a different person handling my case, I have sent my credit reports twice now for assistance
So I applied for vehicle finance over two weeks ago, other banks approved me, but Wesbank did not, I asked Wesbank on the 2nd of Feb on Twitter after I tried calling their customer service multiple of times, why I would be declined they promised someone will get hold of me before close of business THAT DAY, eventually someone got hold of me the 4th of Feb we chatted and I explained the situation, she said sorry not her department someone will call me back just now, today is the 11th and still nobody has picked up a phone, but through the dealership i found out its because the bank I had financed my previous vehicle indicated I missed 8 installments, i pleaded and explained this situation with the customer service on twitter they just refused to assist me or give me a call to say what i can do next, I asked the other bank to sort out my profile as i was late on one payment, not missed 8 as the other bank indicated on my credit profile, they eventually sent a notification out to the credit bureaus to correct my profile, I saw on Experian it has been corrected and my score is above average now, I phoned the dealer to send the application in again and again it has been declined. I have been banking with Fnb over 10 years. I have had two other vehicle loans from Wesbank I paid off two years plus in advance My personal loan is basically paid off in half of the time, my credit card is on date Why would other banks approve me but not my own?
I have had finance for two vehicles in the past with Tfs and settled both way before the time that the finance was arranged for, my third vehicle I financed through Absa and I missed one installment back in November of 2020 due to unforeseen covid circumstances buy I still settled this loan two years in advanced, but now for missing one installment Tfs is denying my finance but Absa is offering me finance, I don't understand this I have been banking with FNB for over 10 years and they are a part of Wesbank and Tfs and I would like to get assistance from my own bank, can you please assist me? You do have access to my bank account to see how I pay and how much of my debt I paid off the last month or two
In November 2020, due to unforeseen circumstances I missed a payment on my Vehicle finance account, I immediately phoned and made other arrangements, two weeks ago I settled my account and now I notice my credit report shows i missed something like 8 months in a row and no one wants to offer me finance due to my default on my Absa acount, I asked for assistance as this is an urgent manner, please assist me with sorting this out, otherwise it will be reflecting on my credit report for up to 7 years Thank you
Paid my vehicle finance off exactly a week ago today and still waiting for the settlement letter, was just told it can take another 3 days
Incredibly unhelpful Was approved on the banking app for loan and said wait for debi check then tried getting hold of loan department, phoned out R200 of airtime and still don't know what is going on, thinking of changing my bank
