An hour later and I am still waiting for someone to say hello. Support is just not happening
Thank you for the quality of staff you are hiring. I had a problem where a claim was handled incorrectly and I phoned Discovery in a very agitated state. Ms Pelokazi took my call and with her professional manner managed to calm my anger and got all the details. After making sure that she understood what the problem is she promised to investigate the issue and get it corrected and get back to me. After having had such promises from many other companies in the past I did not expect too much. Yesterday I received a call from Pelokazi to give feedback on what was done and to reassure me that the problem had been corrected.
Although I received the email pasted below this has not been actioned! We still have money illegally deducted from our account. Vodacom refuses to talk to me. We acknowledge the receipt of your email. Kindly be advised, our records indicate your cancellation request for number 27823083702 was logged by us on the 31-08-2019 and the cancellation was loaded for the 30-09-2019.
VODACOM Refuse to help me My daughter has emigrated to America and asked my wife to take over her contract n her phone as she did not wish to pay cancellation fees. 1. She went together with my wife to the Cresta Vodacom store where they were instructed to provide a number of papers including bank statements, from of residence, and ID 2. The store ensured them that the contract had been transferred. 3. This transfer request resulted in my wife’s bank account being debited the monthly costs so we assumed that the request had been complied with 4. This year my wife wished to cancel the contract as we no longer need it and cannot afford the monthly fees 5. The Cresta store insisted that she must call 0821958 and cancel it there. They were no prepared to assist her in any way 6. When with great difficulty my wife got through to the number they said that they were unable to assist her as the number was no in her name and that she must get my daughter to cancel the contract. 7. They were not prepared to understand that my daughter no longer lives in South Africa and would not be able to do so 8. We finally found a polite Vodacom staff who was prepared to go out of his way to help us. George from Clearwater mall sat on the phone for an hour trying to get through to that number with no success and he had to give up in the end and say he was unable to help. 9. I have spent 1 hour from work trying to get through to that number but just get a recorded message saying that the number does not exist and that I should get the correct number 10. This has taken months of being messed around and we are now desperate please provide us with a solution The phone in question has the following number (082) 308 3702
For me to reach a tier that allows my rewards to be more that my costs takes 2 months! This means that instead of rewarding me I am paying the bank
Looking through the comments on KIA it appears that I am not the only one who has problems with KIA/Liquid capital I have been phoning KIA Weltevreden regularly for month now comlaining that they did not even bother to submit my battery claim to liquid capital Now the answer I get is that the person that they dealt with at KIA is no longer there. I have yet to have anyone from the dealership keep their promise to return my call
Hyper agressive telemarker. His phone number is listed on a sight with more than 40 adverse comments. Will threaten to close all your bank accounts if you do not provise your physical address. When I complained that he was harrassing me he ot very treatening and said that if he was in front of me then he would really harass If you Google his number there are many other comaplaints about him 0121110853
Due to a lengthy period of unemployment i got onto debt with FNB. I have acknowledged the debt and am paying it back as fast as I can, now that I have employment. In spite of having extreme cash outflow due to cancer treatments I have paid regularly every month. I now get regular phone calls/ SMS's / Emails/ asking me to ensure I pay. Each time they inform me that I am being recorded, each time they ask me to ID myself. This month I have received three such calls already even though I told them I will pay at the end of the month. I suspect that they are doing this for one reason only and that is to increase the legal costs and their profits.
<p>I have very few installments left on my vehicle, before going into hospital for a serious operation I did all I could to sort things out so that there would be no extra stress for my wife while I am unable to help </p> <p> </p> <p>VAF have been harassing me all through my stay in hospital and although since I have got out of hospital I have replied to all their emails today they've deducted an amount from my account I cannot afford without my consent </p> <p> </p> <p>when I asked that it be reversed I was told they are not allowed to reverse std bank transactions </p>
