In March 2020 I booked DMJ bus from King William's Town to Johannesburg. Due to Covid all transportation for long distance where canceled. I tried to contact them about refunds and explained in my email that my ticket was lost with my purse. I paid cash from usave/shporite in Easter Cape. They do not want to refund me my money due to the loss of of my ticket. I'm willing to write affidavit that I did buy the ticket but they are not willing to cooperate with me for a refund or may be give me something that I can be ok. I was at the station in King William's Town there were no busses.
Good day, since I was having an insurance with Vodacom/Cellsure. but now the new company does not want to give me a new phone/tab because they said the don't approve it. The old insurance did approved it but due to organising the access fee it resulted that the new company do not recognised me. Vodacom you know this case. I went there in eastgate in Feb but they were busy transferring clients to the new insurance. But what is going to happen with me with having a phone to be replaced. They still debiting me the insurance but my tab is not working and they refused to replaced it the ne insurance? What to do. my contact number is ********** 478. I really need and explanation. Please reply by calling me. Before taking legal action. You did approved for a new tab but the new insurance declined it yesterday (13 May 2019). I was in eastgate again. BaThank you.
Good day, since VODACOM changed the insurance company fINRITE, I've been expiriencing problem regarding my phone replacement. I was supposed to get a new phone but when I go there they told me that they changed the insurance. Can someone from vodacom give me a call and explain what to do.
On the 1 March 2019 I registered a letter from Carlton Centre Post Office to Bryanston Post Office. I've calling them but nothing is happening. The person who was supposed to those documents has been calling me. They did went to check it if it's there but they never got it. I've been calling them they are so rude nothing comes out from them. It was there since 06 March but the receiver has not received it. I will never used or trust them. I called twice this morning they were very rude explaination what to do still the letter is with them. I advice to use courier services more than the post especially Bryanston Post office in Johannesburg(Jozi)
Good day I would like to write about the way they handled my case, i opened a case on 13/09/2017 and requested finger prints to be taken, Guess what the incident happened on that day they only send them today 20//09/2017. How does that work. If I will ever ask them for anything I would rather do on my own. Especially the rude sergeant who was handling my case. Calling her almost everyday but never give me and good answer. I will never find who sole from me because of her not taking her job serious. Thank you So angry the culprit will walk free for the third time in one year.

<p>Good day i have been calling csurance for the past three-four weeks, there's no reply and even today i was holding no one is pickin gthe phone. Is still exists or they only deduct money or what. <p>In December i was offered a tablet by one of the vodacom staff. I asked her that the tablet do have two sims insert and said yes. but when they deliver it in January i saw that is the one which i'm using and the lady said yes and same day i contacted vodacom to tell them that it's not what i'm intersted in and can they please come and fetch it and within 7 working days they did not but my suprise now is the bill which was R139 now it's R348. I sent them my email and no one hass come back to me. What to do. I cant afford that money to pay. Maybe someone can call and explain to me. How on earth can it be like that. </p>
