I had to settle an outstanding account through Nimble Credit Solutions. They promised me a settlement letter upon payment. Mow they refuse to send me a settlement letter. stating that is not a fixed arrangement, when they promised in writing that my account would be settled with a letter. Where does one go from here when a place supposed to assist you, *****s from you and lies to you?
#BLM43076 I placed an order with Bloomable on the 12th of February to be delivered to a specified address on the 14th of Feb. The delivery never took place, I was not contacted to explain the delay, or rather not delivering at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have a total lack of respect for their customers.
I feel it is only fair that I write an apology to the company mentioned above. Yes they did take longer than expected to refund me, but they did. I still feel they need to get with the times and stop demanding a credit card. But they were always polite.
I could not get the car because I didn't have my credit card on me. I never use it when I am out of the country. They promised me a full refund, it has now been more than a month and I have not seen anything being done from their side to rectify this situation.
I placed an order on OneDayOnly on the 13th of November, #5879702. I have tried and tried to get answers from them as to why my order has not been delivered. All I am getting is aloof answers with zero specifics. Their 5-10 working days delivery is BS to say the least. I would honestly think twice before ordering from them. They used to be really good, but they have slumped in to the "we don't care" attitude that is plaguing South Africa. In my honest opinion place orders on things that is less than a 100 rands. That won't be such a big loss if they don't deliver, like this time for me.
Ordered some stuff online. Made payment on the 24th of February and they sent the parcel out for delivery on the 27th. It is the 9th of March today. After sending the address to them numerous times, explaining to them how to get there AND sending them a map (the office can be found on google maps) they still couldn't find the office building. So mrD Courier, you are just as useless as takealot! I need to find a place that can get me what I need and I wish to never do business with them again. I want my money back not credit, because why on God's green earth would I want to shop with you lot again???
So renting a car from Avis was one of my biggest mistakes to date. A R14000 quote to rent a car turned in to a R25000 nightmare!!! I still have not received any explanation nor bill breakdown from them (they have their money, so why worry). I received a vehicle with a three quarter full tank yet I had to fill up, which I did and still got charged for more petrol. I got charged for e-tolls which has been s****ped, nice one Avis. Bottom line, DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS! THEY ARE GOING TO ROB YOU IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!

Lottoland does not pay out! I have won over R4000 on one of their lotto games, they refuse to pay that money out. Don't play through them.
