Hello World! Hope you are well?! Just letting you know for anyone interested in getting an RCS account just leave it and don't do it its the most pointless card to have in 2025 and there service is ofc relevant to being South African so basically less than zero! I RCS card is totally up to date my credit score is perfect I'm not under debt review i have no issues on my name even my RCS card limit has more money in the account that the credit they gave me! For the past 2 weeks when i try use the app its not working i spoke to the lady who assisted me and she confirmed the app is broken for 2 weeks but i realized they switch off features on the app which they do not tell u about and then when u want to use it the APP gives an error i then asked the lady why i cannot use the cash option she then told me i don't qualify for it because i don't use my card to much so they want me to be in debt ofc they don't like that i work responsible with my money now for the 1st time i want to use the card to buy some stuff but i need the cash option they then told me the feature is disabled for me so the lady told me APP isn't working for 2weeks but she doesn't know anything because they removed the feature for me so she just agrees to what u say just to get things going she gives zero *****s about the issue or me basically i am helping myself the only reason she is there is to let RCS qualify for quotas ofc. So stay away from RCS you have a better chance getting a credit card by your bank and then u can do what u want RCS is stupid pointless having this card. I will be closing my account pointless having a card and cannot use it when u need it and then when u use it u cannot use it because they want you to use it to be able to use it ? Make that make sense. Cheers
Hi, Carful using this accounting software they deduct whatever amount they feel fit my monthly is R450 but they deducted R1500 i am not behind on payments nothing they just decide they want R1500 this month worst is when trying to look for a number to call they don't exist and when trying to log a support ticket there is no email u need to log an article which seems like a **** to me we cannot contact them at all. Be Cautious!

I am back here again to let you all know Capitec is unable to sort out this problem there credit team is so unqualified they told me this never happened they also said my account is up 2 date i mentioned in my previous review it was for AUG they called me and said Oh we didn't know its for AUG which means they didn't even read comments they just don't care. they have had an entire 7days to check this and still don't even know there left from right. Please explain to me how you guys get these jobs ?? I will be getting my lawyers involved now.
Hello, Here we are again with the absolute worst bank and service provider in existence. Capitec is beyond ***********. I am furious, frustrated, and done - I will be closing all my accounts. Nobody should ever bank with this useless, pathetic excuse of a bank. This is now the 4th time Capitec has decided to deduct a loan amount whenever it feels like it. You demand we pay on time, but you can take money whenever you want? Even worse, this is the 4th time you’ve reported to the credit bureau that I “missed a payment” - when in reality, you already took the money. Let me make this clear: I have not missed a single loan payment in the last 15 months. I haven’t missed any payment at all in over 5 years. Yet you’ve destroyed my credit score, dropping it by 28 points because of your mistake. I called on Sunday, spoke to a lady who promised it would be fixed Monday - nothing happened. Today I tried again, got passed around from person to person like a joke, and still no solution. This is what happens when you hire people with zero competence. Fix my account immediately. Stop telling me my account is “up to date” - I already know that. Remove the false information from the credit bureau right now. Stop messing with my name and record. People who have been completely useless in this mess: Kayleigh Zandile Sort this out. Enough is enough. I tried the whatsapp line also and zero help actually pointless even having the whatsapp line. Also we are talking about AUG 10 days ago because when u login to your system it will say account "up to date" so i need to think for you guys and give u this info.

Be cautious when taking out a personal loan with Capitec! Despite having maintained a clean credit record with ClearScore for over six years, without missing a single debit order payment, I was shocked to see my credit score drop by 16 points today. Upon investigation, I discovered it was due to Capitec. Capitec is supposed to deduct the loan amount on the 1st of each month, but they frequently deduct on random dates, like the 24th or 28th, without any notice. I’m expected to make payments on time, yet they don’t follow their end of the agreement. In the past, whenever this happened, Capitec assured me that it was just an issue with the app and that it wouldn't impact my credit report. I trusted them, but this time was different. Last month, I received a message saying they would deduct the payment earlier than usual. I called Capitec three times, spoke to three different representatives, and each assured me that the issue was only with the app and wouldn't affect my credit score. Unfortunately, they were wrong, and this time, my loan has been marked as unpaid on my credit report — despite the fact that the payment has already been deducted from my account! Now, this "unpaid" loan will remain on my credit report for six years. Capitec received their payment, but they’ve reported it incorrectly to the credit bureau. They claim if it's their mistake, they’ll fix it, but they’ve shown no willingness to resolve the issue. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers. Please be careful when dealing with Capitec. Even if you try to maintain a clean record, they may not follow through on their commitments or take responsibility for their mistakes.

I'm saving you from countless headaches and problems. I've been a client of Ozow for a long time, and we integrated their payment gateway into our app. Everything was running smoothly until the MAIN DIRECTOR AND MAIN DEVELOPER LEFT THE COMPANY. Now, Ozow is completely ***********, lacking any development knowledge, and they have no developers in-house. Their service is ********** – BE CAREFUL! When I contact support to speak with a developer, I end up speaking with Siphelele Simon. HE IS NOT A DEVELOPER, but since they have no developers, he tries to assist, even though he has zero technical knowledge. It's literally like talking to a receptionist when you're trying to make director-level decisions. It's incredibly frustrating, Ozow forces me to work with him. To make matters worse, I have an outstanding invoice of R34.68 on my account that’s been there for nearly 2 YEARS. Despite signing THREE debit order documents and even offering to manually pay, nothing works. I’m still being spammed to this day about paying this invoice i even got calls from new people trying to ask me for ANOTHER debit order form. Worst of all is Ozow had a feature we used for ages in our APP frankly its the only reason we used Ozow this feature has now been removed WITHOUT CONTACTING US so it broke the APP making us look very bad we have in the mean time integrated with another payment gateway so hopefully all is resolved now. Guys and girls, just STAY AWAY – TRUST ME! Ozow when you read this if a director doesn't call me just don't bother calling me i cannot work with your *********** team. I will remove this comment if things are resolved i am not trying to make your name bad but only trying to WARN the rest of SA.

I am trying to pay someone and paid R20,000 Friday till today person has not received it and since yesterday i am calling them with no answer and today also no answer and no replies on whatsapp there call lines say there are busy go to whatsapp once on whatsapp nothing happens entire day now not only that there APP is very **** like EXSTERMLY **** i found multiple bugs things not working or adding up some alarming things actually moral of the story DO NOT TRUST MAMA MONEY i am trying to contact my bank so i can get the funds back i dont trust them anymore no server, no feedback **** company actually. WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA - I know Discovery doesn't care about this review nor do they care about my issues i have been waiting 7 months for the bank to get back to me and give me service when i call in like i did today / this week i get placed on hold while typing this message i have been on hold with the ***** DEPT for over 58min and accounting if i had 10M that got ****** from my account i guess i just need to wait in line 1 hour + for exactly nothing to happen i should have never approached Discovery Bank for my bank its the worst decision i ever made, i am writing this for the next person going to discovery not because i think they will contact me and resolve the issue i know they do not care about there clients and loosing me today doesn't bother them i know this but hopefully this helps someone else. If the ***** Dept doesn't contact me then don't bother contacting me.
