Two weeks and still no response to a simple query. Took a survey and complained - still nobody contacted me. Today i get told my query was never logged yet i have a reference number?
Recently relocated to Lume Gardens - situated right next door to the Fourways cemetery one would expect it to be quiet, not so? Unit 11 had such a party last Saturday night, 17 people. Imagine 17 people speaking, then add music then add a sing a long. It was a night of horrors. When i phoned Angor, Sydney Monare told me that as I am a tenant i cannot complain. When i enter the gates i lose all my Rights, only the owner can lodge a complaint. My owner is in in Mexico. In any event my mentality is higher than that as I am a South African citizen and ANGOR are not above the law. If i am ****d or ******ed or my car is painted pink - sorry for you there is nothing you can do. A member of the BC lives diagonally from unit 11 but refuses to do anything. I have been informed that unit 11 sell drugs and has multiple occupants. Again, nothing gets done. My mentality cannot afford me to comprehend that i lose my Rights and I want to meet onsite with a member of ANGOR. Just be careful though because when you enter the gates every afternoon after a hard day at the office you are met by 6 children who run alongside your car til you reach your apartment. Apart from being scared they trip and fall and i driver over them, i just want to go home to relax. Then they hang on your gate asking if the y can swim and when you decline they run races up and down or sit on your wall while you swim. That is unit No. 4. Who can you send to meet onsite please?
Just WHO is manning the email address absa@absa.co.za? I have sent the same email 7 times to this email address - no response. I don't even actually care about my query anymore - I just want to know WHY this email address is published on their site but is clearly NOT being manned. For one of the top banks in South Africa this truly is shocking.
Having eaten there this past Sunday i wanted my boss to try one of your dishes so we ordered on Uber Eats. Under the name ****gy. We phoned the store upfront and also added a note on Uber that the Vegetable Korma should not contain cream, milk or dairy for religious reasons. His Veg Korma arrived with chunks of white stuff so we thought it was cheese or paneer which he cannot eat so we gave his meal away and had to share mine. We only get 1 hours lunch to go eat. So later in the day i phoned to complain. THEN only was i told no its not cheese its TOFU. Cant be, i said. Cant be. Nowhere in the ingredients does it state TOFU and had it so done we would have told you no TOFU - i personally cannot stand the stuff, don't even put it on a plate next to my food, eeew. Sure you don't state salt, pepper and other ingrefients, but TOFU is not a staple like salt. Where in the ingredients does it state TOFU in the Vegetable Karma please? Your staff disagree with me saying yes you do add TOFU - again, why is it not listed as an ingredient then? What if you are allergic to it? I just feel hard pressed by this. Money we have, food is what we need. Debate it with me please, look on Uber and tell me if it is a listed ingredient.
On Sunday I dashed in to the Fourways Mall branch for a non slip bath mat. Battling to find assistance I eventually found a member of staff - who politely informed me that she could not assist as she is "on lunch". Its nearly 4pm - why would you starve your staff like that - would be my first question, and secondly, seriously - was that the best response she could give? Not I am on lunch let me find someone who can assist ... or .... or .... Maybe if you did not starve your staff they would be in a better mood and more capable of assisting?
So I broke both ankles. To save on costs i was moved from the Olivedale Hospital to a Stepdown Facility in Bryanston where you not only paid for the doctor but for physio and meals and everything else - EXCEPT the R500 admission fee. Help me please - what am i not understanding? In order to lay in the facility you need to pay an admin fee - understandable - they say pay and i paid. You now, despite having paid for EVERYTHING else, don't want to reimburse me for the admin fee as it doesn't have a code. A code, really. I have been with DISCOVERY for 16 years, on the Classic Comprehensive for all 16 of those years. I believe many people dropped from the higher plans - yet I remained. You want to treat me like this over a R500 admin Fee? The facility says there is no code, you say you want a code - where does this leave me? I had no choice but to pay or else i couldn't stay. Still in sheer agony, is it really fair to burden me with this? R500 yet you paid for everything else, without me paying the R500 there wouldn't have been anything for you to pay as they would not have given me a bed! Follow the sequence of events and i am sure you will reach a logical conclusion and reimburse me accordingly.
Fourways Mall - anybody ever phone there? I did, the lady answers the phone "hello". That's it Nothing else. Ask for customer care and the phone just rings. I rather just keep the item i need to exchange because if i have to go there ...
Does ABSA@ABSA. CO. ZA even work still? Sent 2 emails to this address, they don't even acknowledge you! Or was it just for Covid times? Mind you, I am not getting joy from the Fourways branch either. Asked to move my debit order date now the Funds have not gone off at all! Come now ABSA, if I wanted ****ty service I would go back to FNB. You can do better. Please do better.
Went to the Spar in Kingfisher Rd in Fourways. Needed R80 for my domestics travel. The cashier gave me attitude, so I said call the manager. Manager comes and says I have to buy something, they don't give cash on its own - even if I buy a plastic bag -?????? Where is this written?
All i want to do is to change my email address. Have been sending email after email. If NOBODY is manning the said portal/email address then why have it in the 1st place?
