I wish this had a minus star option. Poor, from start to finish just poor, service, cleanliness, staff unfriendly like they are doing you a favour for doing thier job, and this isn't the first time this happened, once I just came in to buy 4 Portugese rolls, just rolls and nothing else, took me over 20 minutes and there wasn't even a line, today, the cashier takes a personal call while I'm waiting to order and pay, atrocious service to day the least, if boycott this place if I could really . Madness, absolute utter madness, I've also noted at the time of this review that I'm not the only person to complain, they have over 1200 1 star reviews / complaints, someone, anyone should look into this, either the mall management @jabulanimall or the pedros owner of this pathetic establishment .

Game Jabulani mall has no Black Friday, the pictures attached are geotagged for 7:02 am, Via Google mapsevery other retailer is open here at jabulani mall except for Mass Mart' s GAME STORE.
We went and lodged a complain concerning the TV On the 11th November at Game Store at Cradle Stone Mall. They took the Sound Bar and they said we should go back with the TV they will log a call with the technician for Hisense. We've been struggling with the people from the store. Our sales man's name is Aaron Mokone He's the who's taking us from pillar to post. He gave us the reference number 1832039 the second one is 2038 the last one is 214318572 they've been promising that the technician will come to assess the television at home till now.
I was ****med of R2000.00 using the Capitec cash send service after send to my father for 3 consucutive months and after lodging a complaint (with some disinterested customer service agents might I add) I got an SMS saying my query was unsuccessful, no explanation as to why, no calls, no email nothing, just a 20cent SMS. I have been with this ridiculous joke of a bank since 2004, guess it's my fault they've played me like a fiddle. I'm joining discovery right now .
I wish it were possible to rate them a minus or negative star, why outsurance, a great insurance company they are would want to be affiliated with these charlatans is an ongoing mystery, seeing their review now makes sense, Hertz don't care about customer care or after sales at all, they will send you several invoices that don't make sense instead of just paying your deposit back, I am day 7 today and still awaiting my deposit after I paid on time and returned my car to them on time with a full tank of gas as I was given, I practiced good faith and they gave me a plate of turds, anyway I know they won't respond to this as they haven't to many, many of thier online reviews and client complaints, really this company should be disbarred and shut down, they are the eskom of car rentals.
Good day Please be advised that I bought a sunbeam toaster SSPG-400 and grill in June 2020, and as of 14th of January the toasted stopped working, it switches on but no heat. I took it to game janulani mall with reciet and packaging in hand and was told I cannot be helped and I need to speak to an agent, I don't know who that is and for the last 3 days I've been trying to get help. Please advise if your products are specifically designed to work for 18 months (6 months after Warranty) lapses? And that's it? Cause if so it was the last time I buy anything from you guys. Good day I would like to officially thank and comment David and the MiWay team for excellent customer service, my query was resolved timeously and efficiently . David was professional and patient with my list of queries and did his best to have these sorted, the refund is pending however I am confident I will not be let down.
