Their connection is a disgrace. I joined on 1 March and in my first 5 days as a customer, I had no or slow internet for 3 of the 5 days. I had to buy data to be able to attend online meetings and this was all at my cost. They were not prepared to look at any form of reimbur*****t.
What a pleasure to deal with Sunay Rennick at FNB Port Elizabeth. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you and keep up the great work you are doing!
As a Private Client, I have never in my life experienced such poor service. Some people are efficient but I am waiting for weeks for answers from my private banker, Israel Gumbi.
Worst company to get support from - I have now been trying for almost 4 weeks to get sign-in credentials so I can sign in on the app. But because the agent that signed me up, entered my email address incorrectly, I am not getting any password reset emails. Retentions department should call me to resolve it but they don't.
I am a non-resident. My funds were blocked 2 weeks ago. I have sent my contracts to non-res and explained the contract has expired, but as per the contract it continues on a month to month basis. Rachel Sefadi sent me a email saying the contract expired. That is exactly what I told her, but she didn’t read the email. I need my funds released please!!!
Malebane Mohale is not responding, and when they respond, they quote incorrect policy holder names. CAN I PLEASE GET FEEDBACK!
Although the promised in their quotation they will use blankets to protect the furniture (everything was already wrapped in bubbl wrap) the crew did not use any blankets at all and the furniture was moved from CT to PTA only with the bubble wrap. We experienced huge damages which cannot all be repaired. They did offer us a small payment to cover for the damage, but that does not cover a fraction of the damage costs. If they just used the blankets, as we were promised in the quote, this damage could have been avoided!
I wanted to rent a property in Pretoria. I made offer for the monthly rental amount, and the agent informed me that the landlord accepted the offer. The contract was then sent to me, but suddenly there were additional costs in the contract. I said to the agent that I do not accept that and he informed me that the landlord then says if I do not want the extra costs, then we should revert back to the original rental price and not the price that we agreed upon. Leapfrom refunded my deposit but withheld R250 for admin costs & bank fees. Eiher the landlord was dishonest and negotiated in bad faith or the agent did not give the correct information to me. Which ever way, the problem was not with me, but with either Leapfrog or their client, the landlord Why should I pay R250 for bad faith negotiations or incorrect information from the agent. I made contact with Silvana Dos Reis Marques - Pretoria East branch, and she is now not responding to me.
Lebohang replied after my first complaint on Hello Peter, but now again after 3 days, she still has not come back to me?
Dishonest with extra charges and not responding to emails - have sent numerous emails, and they just don't reply. Only person that actually responds in Ben Liebenberg, but for the rest, no response.
