Worst decision of my life was booking via this agent.l am warning other travellers not to use them. On 10 August 2024 l booked Riviera Hotel through Agoda with booking ref no. ID 456967007 when l arrived at the hotel l was told that the hotel was fully booked and l could not be accomodated. I asked for refund l was told that my money was with Agoda and l was given their no. I called Agoda it was around 23h40, l got hold of an agent by the name of Harsh who was equally useless , he told me he could not get hold of the hotel l must give them 72 hours to investigate . 72 hours has lapsed l followed up they asked for another 72 hours. I ended up sleeping in the car as it was too late to get alternative address and l didnt get my refund

I immediately called Agoda who was also useless and asked for 72 hours to investigate. 72 hours expired yesterday and l sent a follow up email, they asked for another 72 hours.
I bought a samsung S24 on 6 March 2024 ,at MTN Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth on Contract. The intial monthly fee was over R1 100.00 but l traded in my Iphone 13 and l got 419 discount on the monthly fee. I am paying via debit order and they are still deducting the full amount. I have gone to the store multiple times and l am being given the same story that the matter has been escalated to National Office . 2 Months has now passed and they still cant tell me when will they sort this problem out. Very frustrating and unacceptable .I am sure they already sold my IPhone and they are benefitting twice while I suffer paying R419 more each month which I did not budget for and I shouldnt be paying it.
I booked a full body massage with them and l had the best experience, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them
Very frustrating poor service, we called FNB home loans requesting reallocation of extra funds , FNB told us they cant do that over the phone we must complete a form sign it and send it via email, we did that and confirmed that we understand that the funds will no longer be available we are now told that the we must confirm the rescheduling over the phone , what nonsense is that
I had a great experience there, staff is friendly and the hotel is neat. Keep it up
The level of incompetence is unbelievable, worst bank to do business with, l wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them unless you need unnecessary stress
Called their private banking app home loans division spoke to a person named Mimi she first said she can't find my account number under my profile l sent her a screen shot she let me hold for 25 min without answering despite the fact that l was sending her messages every 2 minutes to keep the chat live , she just read the messages and cut the chat after 25 minutes
