I saw an item online and called the store to buy it and deliver it to my address by they told me I have to go to my nearest tfg store to ask them to call their store before the item can be released, by that time my nearest store was Markham Zeerust in north west province and when I got to the store I gave the sales person the store name and number to call the store that have the item that I want and when they call that store they were told to send an email before they can release the item because apparently that's the Tfg culture or rules of communication. The sales person at Markham Zeerust told me that he did send the email and the item will arrive via "RTT" within 2 weeks time. This was in December 2024 and I write this complaint in February 2025 and the sales consultant of Markham have been sending me to different store to fetch my item and now last week he called to tell me that the store says they can't releade the item but at first he tried said all is okay and I HAVE WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION WITH MARKHAM SALES PERSON AS PROOF of his self contradicting and I told him if it's the store internal mistake they will have to account for it and that was the last time he spoke to me. I took the matter further to customer care consultant of TFG but they've open and closed my complaint without letting me know the results and they have been taking me from pillar too post everytime I call them
In 2020 i bought a 2018 hyundai i20 Active at hatfield hyundai with <16000km and now its 2022 and has a problem with radio which does not respond to mute messages command and also it cannot mirror any android or apple device. I took it to roodepoort hyundai to ask for help and they said they can’t figure out what’s wrong so they won’t be able to help me.
Year 2020 i applied for PRDP and all went well but when it was time for collection no one knew were is my licence or application documents and after 10 months of calling and enquiring i was told that even if they can find my documents its too late and they have expired i will have to re do the application again and pay for everything. 2021 i went again to krugersdorp licence department to apply for another PRDP and all went well again they made me pay for temporary because i urgently needed it and just before temp expired i went back to check my license and it was nowhere to be found until the 10th month after application i was told that the “machine” rejected my photo and they will have to re-apply now i have spend almost a year without my card, a lady by the name of “BELINDA” wrote for me on a piece of paper the reason why i do not have a valid licence with me and said i must produce it to every officer who will ask for my licence (mind you I’m not even sure if my insurance would accept it if i get involved in an accident). I asked them to extend the validity of my PRDP because it wasn’t my fault to delay the process they told me they won’t be able to do it now i have lost because of them including all the JOBS i could have applied and landed. I HAVE SPEND A YEAR WITHOUT MY LICENCE WHICH I PAID FOR BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND THEIR IGNORANCE BECAUSE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR SALARIES AND NO ONE ELSE
I am being robbed by AFISWITCH day light robbery, now I have to pay double for their incompetence. applied for my PDP 2020 December paid for everything but till to this date (17 December 2021) I still don't have my PDP and licence department says they are waiting for afiswitch to communicate with them regarding my fingerprints before they can continue. on the 17th December 2021, after a long struggle licence department employee managed to speak with the afiswitch employee and after the call I was told that I have to pay again because my application has expired.
Today 25/03/2021 10h05 i went to northwest nissan in Roodepoort ontdekker road and i unknowingly tried to enter the building using a see through glass door that was not unlocked/open for use on that day and the receptionist lady who could clearly see me me struggling trying to open the door could not even signal me to use the other door but she continued to talk over the phone and kept staring at me as if i am a fool or invinsible and i figured out myself that i should look for another entrance which indeed i managed to enter the building and when i asked her why didn't she signal me to use the other door she ignored the question and continue to ask why am i here for. Second thing she wrote my name incorrectly without even trying to repeat what i have said to check if she clearly heard me or not or even to ask me to spell it for her.
I use a smartphone to play online betting and i mistakenly clicked on a wrong soccer match, i nicely amd clearly asked for help to cancel or reverse the betting and i was aksed to wait for a moment and i explained thag the game i want to bet on starts in 30 minutes but 2 hours later i am still waiting and my team won while i couldn't bet on it.

Good afternoon, i am hoping someone senior at Vodacom will be able to assist me with the BAD service i received from the Vodacom shop in rustenburg waterfall mall. I went to the Vodacom shop on wednesday 20th of feb 2019 with a police affidavit . Upon my arrival at the store, a lady consultant with lower teeth braces i forgot her name asked if i needed help, i explained to the lady that i need help replacing my contract sim card and prepaid phone insured via cell-sure by that time while i was busy explaining what happened she picked up/ answered her phone telling the person on the other line of the call that shes got a nice gossip for and she was busy laughing as if i'm not visible as a customer in front of her and as if this was not enough she answered the call again as she promised the person she will soon call back within few minutes shows that the person was eager for the gossip and cant keep waiting. now with the paper work she was supposed to fill for me she did not touch anything but asked to fill up each and every paper while she was busy with something else and she told me i have send to scan and email the insurance paperwork by myself without giving a reason why is she not doing it for me like any other customer. now i have to pay for scan and email and i cant get hold of cell-sure.
At this particular moment in time I hate capitec bank with everything in me. I gave them a date to transact debit order from my account by 1st of every month but lately they taking my hard earned money for work transport fares any time they feel so. This week I had to ask them as my bank to borrow me transport fares but they told me about loan interest as if I recklessly spent my money where as I saved well enough to reach the next pay day.
<p>Telkom has throttled my 4G cellphone speed to less than 5mbps when measured using "speedtest" from playstore and that's not all, today i tried to download 1gig file and the download speed was fluctuating less than 700kbps...</p> <p>I tried call telkom and they took me from pillar to post not knowing they were saying.</p> <p>I regret buying the free me 20gb because it will expire before i even use 5gb out of it</p>
