I've been buying from the branch in Pinetown (Union Centre) everyday for over a month. You know that cardboard tray you get when you buy multiple drinks? These guys gave me one, and then made me return with it everyday because buying 3 items doesn't warrant that tray which makes sense, because I have 3 hands. Rude staff that are not aware what's on the menu. Don't know what's muesli, even though they have it on display on top of their counter. Loud music, so you have to shout.
A terrible reflection on Sun International. Get your site working properly before taking people's money. Seems like more money was spent on promoting this site than actually building the site.
Very badly managed. As a regular at JDs, I understand that sushi is slow on Wednesdays. But 1 hour and 40 minutes?? Really? Still, not what angered me. My partner and I sat down, we placed our drinks and sushi order. About 20 minutes later, a family of 4 sits at the table next to us and after a while, they order; they ordered no less than 30 minutes after us. And received their sushi 10 minutes before us. When our sushi arrived, the order wasn't even complete. To make matters worse, we were only given one set of chopsticks, with the excuse that they've run out. The table of 4 next to us, were given enough chopsticks (after we were told that they've run out). We were not given any wasabi or ginger, but we could see it on the other table. While we were in the middle of our meal, our waitress requests our JDs card, but I can't understand why she couldn't wait until we were done, because she didn't ring up the bill. Manager was unhelpful and perhaps just made things worse. I don't know why we were treated this way, but I will just stick to Pavilion JDs from now on.
No service can be as bad as Telkom. Standard Trust: "Challenge accepted!" No answer from call centre. Don't reply to emails. No communication. You guys offer a good headache to grieving families. Is it because you know we're stuck with you?
Prejudiced service in Pinetown. Accused me of being a thief because I decided not to buy.
Disgusting service from Serena and the other girls at King Shaka airport. Furthermore, on the telephone, I was told to come to the airport, to pay cash. When I get there, they tell me that they only accept cards. I go and deposit the money into my account, only to be told that they don't accept debit cards.
I cancelled my ADSL package on the 1st of July 2020. I was informed that it would take 2 calender months and would only be disconnected at the end of July. Not good service, but okay. I requested mweb to release my line so that I can get another service provider. They agreed, but did not do it. Again and again, I requested them to do it. It is now almost the end of September and they have still not released my line. My complaints fall on deaf hears. The agents at the call centre conveniently cut the calls. I have no way to get any help and I am stuck without internet. I don't know what has happened to this once good company

Seems impossible to cancel a service. Spending hours on hold, being sent to a department that cuts the call. Your call centres only employee (Masood), has so far ended the call on me twice. Getting absolutely nowhere. From what used to be A+ service, to this? Has someone senior read the comments on Facebook? This is horrible. My service does not work and i wish for it to be cancelled!
