I am extremely disappointed in the services of Telkom. My landline does not work since November 2018 and I am not in a position to do business on my phone. I have to use my cell phone for all business calls and no incoming calls from clients. I reported this fault several times. I am however still paying my service account but do not get any service from the supplier. If this carries on for another month, I am going to claim the last nine months fees paid to Telkom with interest.
<p>I settled my MFC account on 13 July 2017. I received an mail to confirm that I will receive my registration documents in 5 - 7 working days. Today is already the 24th and I have not received any documents. After confirming via phone, the consultant confirmed that Fedex only collected the documents today and that I have to wait another 5 - 7 working days. This practice is totally unacceptable.</p>
<p>On Thursday 20 April 2017 I went to the Wonderboom Junction office to claim back fees that I have paid for re-mark of my kids matric exam. On arrival, the consultant inform me that I need certified copies of the ID as well as the Matric end result certificate. I went back home to make copies of the certificates, went to the police station to get it certified and all the way back to the Wonderboom junction offices of the Dept of Education. On my second arrival, the consultant informed me that he cannot process the repayment, as the person responsible for the approval of refund is not available.</p> <p> </p> <p>He could not assist me at all and was incompetant to get alternative solutions. I had to go back home - a second time. This insident cost me so much money on travelling fees that the refund money has been spend on fuel..</p>
<p>I tried to add a third vehicle to my current mIWay policy. The system did not allowed me and I phoned the Cosmosdal centre where I was assisted by a very friendly assistant. Well done.</p>
<p>I would like to lodge a complaint about services received from ABSA bank Jakaranda Centre received on 2 February 2017 at 12h00 from Mpho Mokoena - teller. The teller reacted very rude and aggressive to me when I paid money towards my Credit card account. When handing the form to me to sign, I asked her ti repeat the instruction. She immediately reacted aggressive and accused me of m=being rude and that I am not listening. I again asked her where I should sign and again she told me that I did not listen. I then asked her what the settlement account is and again she very rudely told me that I should go and ask the inquiry counter. She could have assisted me better.</p>
<p>The designers of Necessary Objects took three months to finish my kids Matric fairwell dressess. I had to sit a day before the fairwell till 1h30 the morning to force them to finish the dressess. Do not pay them before they start with anything.</p> <p>The morning of the fairwell dance, I had to finish one of the dressess myself by stitching the flowers onto the dress. It was also not steamed and they smoked while they were busy with the dressess. It smelled like smoke.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so disappointed by the way they have treated me ...had absolutely no interest in finishing the dressess in time. The one dress also did not fit my daughter very well and she had to wear it just like that to the dance because we had no extra time to correct the fault.</p> <p>Will NEVER make use of them again.</p>
