Clement from Nyakaza Trading was hired to paint the bathrooms in our apartment and reseal the shower, all of which came with a guarantee apparently. The work done was shoddy. He said that he would come through to complete the job. After numerous excuses and reschedules, he is now not returning my calls.
I placed an order when the God of War Jotnar Edition was available for pre-order. My order was confirmed and payment was received. I get a call 45 minutes later that they oversold the product and dont have stock, so they cannot fulfill my order. That is absolute rubbish - I paid Koodoo and I received confirmation so my order had better be fulfilled or I will take this further. Then they say that my payment will only be refunded in 5-7 working days.
I placed an order (Black Friday special) for a Nutribullet Pro 900 W. I took delivery of the product but only opened the delivery packaging on 22 December as it was purchased as a gift. To my dismay, I was given the Nutribullet 600 W. I lodged a complaint on 22 December 2021. I received an email that the complaint was assigned to a consultant. To date, I have not received any feedback and I am wasting money on the phone waiting for the call centre to provide feedback. Complaint reference 2640646. I want this product to be replaced with the correct advertised product that I purchased.

I have been trying to contact Discovery to follow up on Reference 7865644713 on behalf of my mother Shireen Naidoo, but the call keeps getting dropped. She has tried on numerous occasions as well. Documentation was submitted as proof of income but no feedback was received with regards to whether there is anything outstanding and the deadline is at the end of May. My mother's home is insured through Hollard Insurance. She had contacted them to lodge a claim due to damage caused by inclement weather. She was advised that someone would come through to assess the damages. Since the initial call, no one has contacted her, no one has come through to conduct an assessment, and more damage has been caused due to the poor recent thunderstorms in Durban. I used to live at unit 78 Greenstone Gate and had a fibre line active. I submitted a cancellation request SR200921-691196 for the SO190206-576696 in September 2020. I was under the impression that this was completed and closed as I have a new line active at my new place of residence - 33 Greenstone Gate. Every time I call in to the call centre, I am getting conflicting stories with regards to the status of the cancellation of the old line at unit 78. The reason I am writing this review is that the unit I used to live in has a new occupant that has applied for fibre installation but keeps getting rejected due to an investigation being conducted at the that address - the reason given instore. They need internet access urgently for work purposes and should the COVID restriction levels be increased, the new occupant will be unable to work from home. I have been advised that a new cancellation request has been created SR210103-024590 for closing off the old cancellation request and releasing the ONT Box so that the new applicant can successfully apply for a fibre. I therefore request that this matter is resolved immediately as this is going to affect the livelihood of the new occupant of unit 78 Greenstone Gate. The new occupant's application for fibre is SO201222-337340
