Very bad service. Not recommend.
I have never seen such bad service. Not even from the city council. You phone them several times. They don't pickup. They have a callback service. They never call you back. I upgraded my service, There was an amount of R160 outstanding. They said it would be deducted from my debit order. All of a sudden my internet is off without warning or any calls from them. I had to TRY !!!and phone them to hear what is going on .The internet is NOT constant on fiber. You call them they JUST DONT CARE. I don't know how I could have stayed with them for 4 years . (Sorry my mistake!!!) Will Cancel today.

Can't complain about service, because there is none..
Hi just an update. My parcel is still not delivered. I have tried everything. Even went to the warehouse in Kempton park. Tax and duty PAID!!!!. Uploaded proof since 01/04/2024 20 times, Several places. Emails SMS WhatsApp . No response from anyone. Paid R498 tax. looks like I have just lost R2000. Incl the parcel . Keep it buffalo. I think you need it more than me. Buffalo you should be ashamed!!!!. You get the work but cant handle it.

Duties and taxes paid but no response.
Hi. I think this is the most ridiculous business in the world. You cannot contact them. If you try to contact them, You get a BOT that cannot answer your question or complaint. They give you some options that is not related to your problem. Looks like they cannot handle the queries anymore now they just don't care. I paid my duties and taxes Of nearly R500 and now the BOT keeps on calling me to pay the tax. I uploaded the proof for the sixth time and no response. Thanks for *****ing my money.. Please TEMU And Shein Get someone proper to transport your stuff.

They make appointments x2 Take off from work to be there. They don't show up 2 times. Try to phone NO ANSWER for more than 20 minutes Worst than the worst.. Please MTN get another reliable courier.

If I could give 10 stars I would have. Ordered 16h50 Monday, Got my inverter Wednesday morning at 10..The best company I have ever did business with. Got 4 messages on SMS and 4 on email for updates. Amazing price. Fernando you are an YSTER. Thanks again for a great shopping experience.

Hi please check out this company .I think this is a **** .They don't come up anywhere on the internet search. They advertise solar equipment at very good prices. When you ask questions they avoid answering. They say you must pay online with direct payment. If you ask if you can see the product at the warehouse, He Said via WhatsApp "I told you this is an online shop". Something is wrong with this business. Please make 100% sure before buying from this company. Everything looks legit but something is not right. Rather buy from Takealot or any other legit company. Please I don't want anyone to loose there hard earned money. I warned you.

Won't give me the product I bought.
I Bought two garden blowers online. After three days they called me and told me that the price changed. I can no longer get the blowers for the price I bought it for. He tried to sell me a electric blower. I said no I don't want it. According to me it was a legit contract between me and the supplier. I said I am going to the consumers council, He said before I go to the consumers council I must go and read their terms and conditions, For I have no foot to stand on. Even Bidorbuy doesn't come back to me. I don't know what to do.
