Trust keep changing their packages. Now they just came up with this useless Loop trust isn't user friendly to walk around with. It's too big to fit in the pocket. They've taken away the pocket size router internet options. Their problem is that they're trying to make South Africa look like Asia, whereas the needs of the people are different. They've hired these Asians who can't even assist with customer care because they're not based in SA
This company hires people from outside South Africa for customer service. Those so called consultants don't understand English. I just had one hanging up on me as I was asking him to check the last activity of the sim card. He kept telling me of "towers". Eventually I asked him where he was based because he clearly didn't understand my questions. Surelyif he didn't have anything to hide regarding where he was based why did he have to hang up? If he was AI he could have just said "I'm AI", or he could have just admitted he was a virtual consultant. This company is taking people for a ride. They see that now they're getting more customers. I'm definitely giving them a month's notice to cancel my subscription with them. They're are just pathetic.
I texted them at 11:54 to say I've landed. I had requested to have the car at the parking 3H by 12:10 since I had an appointment at 13:00. The driver only dropped off the car at 12:30 giving the same stupid usual reason "stuck in traffic" on a Sunday at 12pm🙄🙄 The car was having an unpleasant smell - IF YOUR DRIVERS SMOKE, DON'T LET THEM DRIVE OUR CARS.... I don't smoke for that matter. Before handing the keys over to the driver I stated that any water bottle(s) found in my car should be left as is. When I collected my car no water bottle could be found. There's a reason why I made that request.
Giving them a 1 star is actually overrated. The deserve anything below minus 100. We stated clearly that our booking for the couple's half day spa with lunch depended solely on the restaurant offering us a VEGAN , not Vegetarian dishes. Both Thoko & Palesa confirmed to me that they have conveyed the message to the chef (after endless calls over 3 days), who agreed to prepare us vegan dishes. I was even informed that when we get to the restaurant we must ask for Phindi, who supposedly was informed of our request. We got the restaurant, after the spa treatment (which by the way lasted 1hr50 minutes - even though they call it "half day"), no one seemed to know about our request. We waited for well over 1hr to have our first course meal. The waiter, and some of the waitresses' clothes were not clean. Whilst waiting for our first course, the manager came to do some "damage control", his jeans also dirty. Someone came to serve us bread with butter, after we made it clear that we can only have vegan options. It definitely seems that their staff doesn't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. How does this business allow their staff to serve people whilst wearing dirty clothes? The food was salty to say the least. For me the booking and travelling was just a waste of money (R3500+) and time. If you go to Pont De Val, do so at your own risk!!!!!!
The spa: a total turn off. They stated that they offer welcome drinks on arrival. We were offered nothing. The the******s looked unhappy. They didn't introduce themselves. We were ushered to the treatment room, told to put on gowns, only for them to walk in and tell us to take off gowns and lie face down whilst they look on. Why couldn't they tell us to lie face down and cover ourselves with towels rather, from scratch? The massage pressure - ZERO. I left there feeling the same way as when I came in. No relief whatsoever. Even though they play their music low, they don't play relaxing music. I found myself dancing to the music, instead of being calmed down!!!!! My the****** was the worst. She app**** maximum 2 strokes when she massaged my shoulders while I faced up. She burned me several times with the Hotstones, each time I had to jump to notify her that the stones were too hot. The trip from Joburg to the Vaal was not worth it!! Don't waste your time travelling that far for some pathetic service. Their website is pontdeval.COM but their responding email is @pontdeval.CO.ZA - that's just got show you how ***** the company is!!! It's such a shame that what's on the website is not what they offer. If you've never been to a real spa, and don't know what to expect, you won't find anything wrong. But if you know what's expected from a spa, don't set your foot there.
This is one internet service provider no one should consider. They are the worst. We've been using them since June 2016. They make you sign a 2 year contract and provide you with worse than **** service. We've been complaining about our internet speed from the first month. I've sent them endless screenshots of our internet speed and nothing gets done about. We pay R2400 a month for an uncapped service, but that's just money going down the drain. Honestly their business belongs in the trash can. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THEM IF YOU NEED INTERNET PROVIDER. Their speed is so slow you try to do speedtest the page down even open

Waited for over 30min for 2 burgers and 2 hotpots. Workers very immature
