23 hours no internet - Typical of Vumatel. The most pathetic fibre provider in SA. Get any other fibre than Vuma. Their service is pathetic!!!
This is my 3rd negative review. I reported Medihelp to the Ombudsman in 2024 for not approving a procedure and only after that they approved the procedure. Then after my review on Hellopeter I again reported them to the ombudsman for non payment and I just heard that they paid the service provider. This morning I phoned them to obtain authorisation for a procedure at a specialist but was told that I will have a 35% co-payment because my GP is not part of their network. This is utter BS - any GP can refer you for a procedure. It is not as if they have to pay my GP - I already paid my GP and do not expect them to pay the GP. I need auth for the specialist. I will be moving from these idiots as soon as possible. I am 100% sure that they will have a clever answer for this complaint - No matter what your reply is - I reject it because it does not make sense. No wonder you had to pay twice now after I reported you to the ombudsman because your arguments does not make sense. Do not bother to respond!
I have to lodge 2 complaints in one. I asked Medihelp to change my debit order date to the 15th of the month as this is my salary date. My salary date used to be 30th. I have asked and emailed them and each month I get a message that my cover is suspended due to non payment. I just phoned and was told that they only do debit order runs on 1, 25 and 30 of each month - How stupid is that? Do a run on the 15th 25th and 30th - more options for the clients - THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 1st OF THE MONTH and THE 30TH???? - But get that into their small brains. Second complaint - I already lodged this with the ombudsman for medical aids. Medihelp has ONLY 1 vascular surgeon in the whole of Gauteng and Limpopo combined. This surgeon only operate at Eugene Marais - Guess what? Eugene Marais is not on their list of approved hospitals. So now they will not pay my surgeon in full for a life threatening problem because I "VOLUNTARILY" chose to use a non network service provider. How can it be voluntary? You refused to give authorisation for Eugene Marais. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE WORD VOLUNTARY? GROW SOME BRAINS.

Trying to withdraw USDT - No luck - Emal support - get a reply that the block on my account has been reovd - still no luck - threaten with legal action - wow I can withdraw! 1.5 hours later - withdraw is still processing - mail support to check - now more than 2 hours later - it is still processing - crypto transfers can be time sensitive and I have loast a load of money - You guys are really pathetic

This company is so pathetic 4 days later after complying with identity verification the transaction is still not done. Nummerous emails to Veronica and Frik Maartens - still no action. Useless company - rather use and alternative "alt coin trader"</p>
<p>Bought a product from them that was damaged. They do not respond to emails - does not have a telephone number where you can call. Their Facebook page is full of complaints - How can anyone still buy from them??</p>
