I bought a double door fridge at house & home in May 2024, in October 2024 the fridge light fused and it was repaired, on 1 of Jan 2025 the freezer light fused/ broke on the 2nd Jan 2025 the freezer stopped working everything defrost I called Hisense to report this issue and I’m not satisfied with this fridge since is only 8 months and the fridge is giving me major problems already what will happen after a year and so on I than requested the fridge to be removed and replaced with a new fridge I logged the call on sat 4/01/2025 they only send out an accessor on Wednesday the the 8th the accessor himself said the fridge is giving major issues and it’s not even a year but he will write in his report all the issues no one h came back to me for feedback since the fridge has been accessed today we called ourselves to find out what is going on take in mind we don’t have a fridge that’s working since 01/01/2025 the lady we spoke to today says they ordering parts and we must wait as I explained that I don’t want this fridge anymore she said she can’t help me with anything when the parts arrive they will come fix the fridge I than advised her I’m taking the fridge back to house and house and she said it’s not her problem the fridge will sit there
I’ve had my vertuo next machine since 2022 Oct from the first day of using this machine I’ve been having trouble, the number of times I logged calls for my machine to be fixed is over 20 times I’ve even requested a new machine asking if this machine is new and it’s always been logged in for repairs it means the machine is faulty and it’s going to give me problems when the warranty expires. Indeed I’m sitting with a huge problem and the warranty is expired I hardly use my coffee machine only on weekends which is Saturday and Sunday morning I’m the only one who drinks coffee so how can such an expensive machine with a reputable brand continually breaks the machine broke more than the amount of coffee it brewed ( proof with all my emails sent to Nespresso club. Now for the previous 3 months the machine is leaking and now doesn’t seem to go on I’ve have struggling to get assistance the last email I received 21 May 2024 reported the machine not going on I received an email that my warranty is expired and I should pay cash . I sent an email saying it’s fine can they collect the machine il pay. I’ve sent follow up emails no one replies till this day I’m still waiting for someone to collect the machine.
The manager at Ilanga Nelspruit store is so incompetent it hurts the fact the her subordinates are more professional and know to to deal with clients than she is rude, not willing to assist for a manager she lies and she doesn't follow up on customer queries. My husband bought me a SMEG cream kettle and 4 slice toaster for Christmas on the 3rd of Jan 2021 I went to the store to exchange the cream for white i kept going to the store and calling no one knew what i was talking about , until one Saturday i found her (the Manager) she promised to assist and said the staff members rotate so she will speak to the other group the following week and contact me another month went by no one calls me i went back to the store and shes so rude again hi I'm here to get my refund on the kettle and toaster since no one can assist me . no the lady was suppose to call you (This is what she always says) we are busy with it we just waiting for the white to come today 04th of march exactly 2 months since I logged the return I call again and she says oh your staff came in Wednesday already didn't they call you ( wow again) wait please give me your number I want to double check in the back . I say no I'm not giving you my numbers again I will hold or call back, I drop and call back after few mins , i called back and she says oh sorry someone sold your toaster but I'm sending my driver to Riverside quickly his fetching on there it will take 15 mins. 3 hours later i asked my sister to collect the stuff for me during her lunch time she went in at 1pm and no one wanted to assist her at 1.30 she called me saying no one is helping she asked for the manager and told her that I'm here to collect my sisters kettle and toaster , she said the manager just ignored her and continued to help another client
I put in a claim for my daughters phone her screen is damaged , mtn first declined the application with giving a reason after re submitting a dispute they declined the claim again now with reason that the sim card issued with the phone was not in usage the email comes through from Tamiak no contacts so i cant even reach her so we can discuss the email she sent i have been struggling to get through to MTN, to their service provider guard risk as well . i even sent an email to their thei arbitrator who never gets back to you Buyisiwe.hlatshwayo@guardrisk.co.za the contract clearly states the details of mobile device to be insured has two numbers registered i have even ask Vincent the guy who did the application and he said i can register 2 alternative numbers . MTN is trying all ways not to pay the claim. what is the point of us end uders to take out insurance when we cant get assistance its robbery
<p>I laybuyed a travel set (pram and car seat) as well as a camp cot there was a special running for april which both items were on promotion according to that special. On friday the19th i went to pay off and collect they lady only gave me the cot and said there was no stock , there was a new phamplet with a new promotion starting on the 27 May with that very same travel system and still no stock, the manager tried to call and find out will the stock arrive they told her to tell me theres no stock in that item the stock will arrive mid june how can toys r us keep advertising promotions on stock that is never available the very same friday 19th a client was buying a cot off the floor because they never have stock available , all they could say is they will refund me on the item purchased </p>
<p>I purchased a side by side fridge from Game March 2015 model 420983 , after a month of using it the water dispenser gave up i contacted Game they said they can’t help me I should call defy service centres , which i did and a technician was called out to have it fixed a week later it was giving the same problem , they replaced the water tank with a used one that had a big stretch on it. Few months down the door was giving a funny rusty noise whenever we open a technician came out he put oil on the hinges of the doors , the 4th call was for the screen monitor which kept on showing a warning light Defy said it was the cooling setting which were not correct today is the 5th time i called a call for the handle which broke Saturday morning when I opened the fridge the handle came apart, how does a fridge handle come off , I have pleaded with defy to give me a new fridge as this one has too many faults but they refused they keep on sending a technician how many times can one fridge have so many problems in a space of 12 month we spend so much money on appliances and return get no joy in using them. Game and defy cannot help me.</p> <p> </p>
