Be careful of Nanocom they are extremely sensitive and very unprofessional. I have proof of what has recently taken place and the secretary and whoever the technician is or owner is extremely insensitive and insecure and just because they are the only company in a certain area they try and control the people. Be careful of this company!
On the 30th of September 2025 my wifi turned off. I contacted afrihost via what's app and told them. They made me send videos and pictures and took up 30 mins of my time asking all kinds of questions, even at a point told me my Pos light is off and I must turn it on ( even though I had just sent them a picture of it plugged in) anyway they opened a ticked and said it was mitsol that would contact me. By the 3rd of October I still was not contacted and had paid over R 800 for data because I run businesses from home on that wifi that didn't exist. I contacted afrihost once again, they seemed confused and asked me for my ticket number, and then asked me when I was sent this ticket number, then they told me that mitsol had not got back to them. I called mitsol and asked what was happening, they told me they had rep**** to afrihost on the 30th sept already and stated I had canceled my contact. I had infact never canceled. I let afrihost know that apparently my account is canceled in which they responded I canceled and would I like to get my line back up, they will call mitsol to install, I then got an email saying mitsol would be at my home to install in 1 to 2 weeks. I then asked afrihost for the proof that I had canceled, 6 minutes later another email popped up saying they had installed at my property. Then afrihost told me they would reset something or other and ended the chat. An hour later we had wifi back but since we have had wifi back we have had to re start our wifi basically 50 - 100 times in the last 2 days. I am in shock, plus I got an email to say someone had logged into my client zone, I did tell afrihost but they didn't seem concerned, they said I should just change my password which I did. I can not believe all of this has happened and not once did I get a phone call or an explanation on what's happening and plus my wifi is **********.. May as well not have it. They've cost me time and money, both of which I don't think they deserve. I will be contacting them tomorrow once again in hopes this is sorted out. Or hopefully if they run their business properly, someone will see this and call me to apologize and reimburse me for this issue that has set me back a week in work thus far. And alot of data spent unnecessarily!!!!
These people, that I have never ever dealt with in my life call me all day every single day even though my name is not Thobile, and I have told them this more than 100000 times in the last 3 months. I then called their head office, apparently they don't have a manager, I am not surprised!!!! I told them to take my number off their system, but yet they continue calling me several times a day every day. They are harassing me. My next step is to report them to the police so they can investigate where they got my number since I've never dealt with them in my life, and apparently they don't understand simple English!... *******!!!!!
I am really unhappy with how mitsol treats their clients. I have been with them just under a year using a wireless router, everything was working and my internet was next to perfect.. Since December 2023 it's been getting worse and worse. Firstly you have to email or call in which to me is unnecessary being the year 2024, why aren't there more options for communication. Secondly I'm told well if someone close by has gotten internet then it will make my internet unsteady because it's wireless. This makes no sense to me. I was also told that my internet would be bad without a wire??? I asked how to improve this and they can't.. This just doesn't add up.
I am shocked at the amount of issues I have with the 2 bikes I got for my kids.. The pedals have snapped off. The brakes don't work and chair tightened snapped right off.. You are selling us rubbish at a extremely high price and it's disgusting.. Super disappointed and will never buy another item from you. I won't even mention the extras I bought for the same bikes and they all just snapped and broke.. Very upset..

I have an account with Jet clothing store. I got an sms with what i thought was my ref number and paid my account religiously ...just to find out that I had been given a ref number for a man that I dont even know . as much as I explain this to jet they dont care and dont listen ... Be careful when opening an account with them ...
So maybe third time lucky. . I dont even call miway anymore as it's a waste of my airtime .. Still awaiting gloria to call me back about my accident in dec 2017 ..
I am waiting for a response still from January 2018 for my claim i put in with a women named Gloria .. I have called a dozen times and have been told someone will call me to asses the car , even after i sent countless emails and photos .. No one has called me at all not even once .. My accident was in December 2017
