Still waiting for there head office to call me it's 4 months is it still loadshedding with there phones stay away from vodacom

It been a year now that I complained to vodacom with a problem they still did nothing about my complained they sent me up and down to the store then I must call in to head office then the manager is on leave the he resigned then it not head office problem I much let the shop fix it shop say they can not help me and every month I must pay for something that's not working so people plz don't use vodacom as a service provider thanks

Very bad experience for insurance company they debit my account twice yet they ask me to send them proof I send it to the management she tells me as soon as she get it she will call me now I have a claim now they are telling me that they did not debit me I also spoke to there financial department and they also told me that they can see that they did debit and they don't no what the problem is and I am still waiting for them to call me back

I took out internet with them 10 mbps uncapped April 2023 from the day I had it it was never more than 2mbps when I put on the wifi on my phone it tells me connected without internet went in to vodacom they tell me I must call in I call in they tell me I must go in I go back they give me a new one it does the same they test it in store it work we find out that it's maybe the signal I ask to upgrade my package they tell me there words are the address that has been provided has not sufficient coverage and capacity for home internet you can not have home internet but they gave it to me April now they want me to pay for the contract R16000 so that they can close the contract

DON'T BUY FROM TAKEALOT
Hi everyone I bought a trampoline from takealot 2 weeks later it broke I sent it back for a refund or a replacement then they send me a email saying that it's not in it box so they can not replace or refund me so I asked what must I do now they tell me it's my problem so I ask how was I supposed to no it's only going to last for two weeks so people plz do not buy from takealot better options buy from another place

I canceled my insurance with them just now because of say that a ice is blown in the car type that I did it after they sent me for a report which I had to pay for twice I was 8 years with them never had problems they made me call them over 20 time for a follow up the management still try to make me not cancel by saying the sun damaged it I told him are you now like the anc that put the blame on someone else that can not defend them the work of outsurance in going down the drain happy I left
