The worst agent to deal with. They are unprofessional and refuse to assist. From the time you pay your deposit you will have endless issues. The day you decide to leave they will never pay you back your deposit. They deducted money for fair wear and tear painting because the landlord didnt want to pay for it. I was living there for 7 years. No damages. They never maintain the property but now want me to pay for something the landlord is responsible for. The managing director was rude and abrupt and refused to assist. I have resorted to reporting the company to the housing tribunal to get this resolved.
Really appalled with the NON EXISTENT customer service. I purchased a humidifier which arrived with no cables so I am unable to use it. I sent a query through was told they will contact the supplier and come back to me. To date I have not received a response and my order and query does not even reflect on my profile anymore.
I have constantly been receiving calls from ********** 000 Norman Bisset and Associates. Every time I received a call I have told them to remove my number as this does not belong to the person they are looking for, but the lady I speak to is rude and arrogant and keeps questioning me. This has become very frustrating as Norman Bisset should be doing research before harassing people. There is a reason cellphone numbers are registered. I am tempted to take this further as the person who keeps harassing me is rude and very abrupt. REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM!
<p>Once again I have had to deal with the incompetence of Vodacom! Previous to this I had complained and submitted a complaint on Hello Peter. I had received a call from Vodacom and after numerous attempts to resolve my query it was finally done. 3 Days ago I had queried a data bundle that I had purchased that was not allocated to my account. Spoke to 2 incompetent call centre agents who could not assist, I then called back and spoke to a gentlemen who tried to assist and logged a call with the back office. I was told I will be contacted within 72 hours. I then received an sms today confirming that the query was resolved and I can purchase an itemised bill to view what had happened to my data. I called back and explained my issue again as this was not resolved. I was told that they also cannot see the data that was purchased and will have to query this with the person who handled the initial query. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I am not allowed to. I was then told that the turn around time was dated the 28 NOVEMBER 2016??? Seriously???. At this point I was highly frustrated. The consultant attempted to get a hold of the person who dealt with my query. I was then told the cosultant is not answering his phone and they will call me back by 4.30pm. Still I have not received a call or a resolution to my query. Why is it so difficult to resolve my query or is Vodacom once again just taking people for a ride???? Am I expected to purchase more data now seeing as though this is going to take forever to resolve and also pay for an itemised bill of which would clearly show that my data purchased was not allocated???? Catch a wake up Vodacom!!! Your standards have dropped to a rate beyond pathetic! I have been a loyal customer for many years and the past 2 years have been endless headaches and frustration dealing with you!</p>
<p>Today I decided to long onto My Vodacom and check my bill. To my surprise my bill is R3785 of which is normally R1100! ***! According to the customer care this is for out of bundle data usage! How is this even possible when I am on wifi the entire day and still purchase 3Gigs of data monthly. I am in utter shock! To make matters worse I am not able to view my invoice online! I was told I will be contacted in about 16 working days...but by then its too late to adjust the account. I have been with Vodacom for many years and have never paid a bill this high. This is ridiculous! Should I not have this resloved I will be forced to take this up legally! VODACOM get your act together! </p>
Booked a return ticket with Citiliner from JHB to PMB For 2 people. The bus had departed late which caused arrival time to be an hour later. On Route to JHb from PMB the driver of the bus had moved our seats. The seats that we were asked to sit in were broken. Next to the toilet which is out of order. The seat belts don't work which is unsafe.The staff are very disrespectful and unfriendly. Not willing to help. An extremely uncomfortable journey. Not worth the price we pay!
