I have tried for literally years to change my email address on my online banking. Last time I was there the lady at Woodlands branch accidentally deleted ALL my beneficiaries! Yes! And now when I reregister beneficiaries my email address from 10 years ago still appear when I ask email confirmation. And I cannot change it. It is fixed. I also asked them to remove an old credit card from my online banking, long explanation why I have to keep it on. Sp yesterday I paid an amount into both my credit cards. The first one I paid accidentally into the old credit card that does not exist anymore but have to stay on my online banking, why? So the one amount shows into my one credit card and the "old" credit shows R0. Where yesterday it showed the amount but I couldn't transfer it out. Now it is out of my account but nowhere to be seen, is it so difficult? What do rich people do, they don't even now there money has gone, I think! Now I have to take time to go look for my own money at the branch. I gave up on the email address. Moving after 40yrs to another bank.
I tried to contact this one and only Property Authority for weeks on end, with a personal matter regarding my NQF4, via email, phone calls, messages to no avail. This Authority regulates the WHOLE property industry but when I call, I get a lazy, "how can I get you", "sorry we are offline". Do you remember that TikTok clip that went viral. "yes how can we help you?" " o" . "Sorry madam we are off-line" , "yes..." Then later, I am caller nr 1 in the line for more than 30 minutes. I got through this morning one minute past 8. "Sorry we are off-line". Me "Can someone pls call me back?" " Noo madam they won't do that.." What the fudge??? We are paying a hell of a lot for fees for NO service!!! I bought a King size ball fibre duvet inner a while ago. Every second day the fibre shifts all the fibre to the sides leaving nothing in the middle so you freeze! And the sales person said Mr Price duvets are good quality it will not shift. Obviously this wasn't my first run in in with a duvet inner. But this inner costed me over R500 and I expected more. I like to shop at Mr Price. But I am really unhappy about this duvet and obviously I don't have the receipt although it should have a Mr Price label on it.
My Pekingese was neutered on the 23rd of March. I submitted the quote, Two days later they answered me, telling me a consultant will call me shortly. Two days later the consultant contacted me and asked me to email the invoice and proof of payment. I did that immediately and got an email after that saying the claim was lodged and a claim number, that was on the 11th of this month. Today when I went onto their site where one can check the progress I goot the message that there was no claim lodged. I paid the vet in cash and need the money. I actually went to a more reasonable priced vet as to not abuse my policy. The claim number is 602316. Can someone please get back to me.
This is my umpteenth attempt to get Vodacom to actually respond. They post on Hello Peter that they respond privately but they are lying to the public. Apparently they had to OUTSOURCE all the cancellations because there are too many people wanting to cancel their contracts and gave them order to drag every cancellation as long as possible. In order for them to collect money from us as long as possible. I went in to Menlyn, not even they can help me as it is someone else who does the cancellations. I.ve been asking for months to have my LTE package cancelled, I still pay R650 per month!! I want a refund!!!
The OPPO watches gets advertised in all your new booklets but everyone just shrugs their shoulders and say there are no stock!!!!
I am halfway through my course, now Udemy forces me to use Bluehost to create my website and NOWHERE on their site can I contact anyone! And I have to take a package at Bluehost, Then course just continues with how to register on Bluehost and to modify your website from there on Bluehost in Wordpress. When you click on contact us there are no email addresses just frequently asked questions and answers. I don't want to pay Bluehost a monthly fee. This is not a training course this is advertising!!! And forcing people to spend money. Obviously Udemy gets a cut. Please be aware, I feel I have wasted my money and my time thus far.
Still no reaction on my previous post. I want cancel my LTE data contract due to terrible service. I cannot even do internet banking anymore! The service where I am staying just went worse and worse...not the money I pay worth!
I have been blacklisted because of a claim Discovery decided not to pay. I have been battling for more than a year for them to pay it. The specialist doctor prescribed medication IN HOSPITAL with Covid, which Discovery decided I was not sick enough to receive. However my oxigen levels was only 65 and I blacked out. I am also a RA patient which is a outoimuun disease and high thus a high risk patient. When I called the doctor for a motivational letter the lady said. "O we have to right a letter for every second patient because Discovery is trying to not be liable for the meds". It is R6000! Many patients just pay it because they can and don't want to spend the time fighting it. I cannot pay it. My monthly payment for Discovery is already near R6k and my selfpaymentgap was R15k!! Not worth it. I called them and were told that it was paid. It was not! And still I get threatened by the hospital for the R6k every 2nd day!!! I've submitted the motivation 3times now. No reaction....
