Recently made a large purchase of tools and was happy with the service. Only 4 stars cause two of the tools were out of stock, the rest were and at unbeatable prices. Alex went out of his way to source the products, refund me and update me in a timeous manner. Would recommend them to anyone.
I made to orders last night. The first arrived but nothing correct was brought to me, the second order I have cancelled and yet still no repayment \ refund was given. Avoid this service like the plague. Now how the hell must I buy my kids food. Will be opening a case of theft later today if I don't get my money back.
I recently canceled my acconut with telkom in July of 2021. Reason is they took more than 1 payment for a month and denied recieving it. Many calls later they still had not refunded it nor wanted to acknowledge payments. The banks were involved and it debit reversal started to which they even claimed at that point they had recieved it and they would not refund it. managed to get the person involved's number and had to threaten with police to get my refund some 3 months later. That sounds simple enough except that damaged my credit rating and lots of costs involved for the reversal, calling and traveling. Now comes the refund. case number 59834868 I lay my claim, send all info accurately and get them to confirm the correct proof. Showed resolved on their end yet no money has been paid back I contact them but they claim that it is not the correct info and they had tried to contact me. I havent recieved a call (unless my wife is a super spy and works for them) as my wife was the only person to call me from then till now. Alas I redo the claim and am told the same thing. So I guess my life will now endlessly loop with me calling and not being helped. Ref 59972764 I suggest Telkom reads this and replies with a sorry sir here is your money soon. I am now done and will shortly be contacting the police , icasa, ombudsman and advertising authority and rain hell upon your useless business. Good riddance
telkom was payed twice by me on the 1st of may. yet there invoice and online platform suggest i only paid 1 time. I logged a dispute (ref57958844) i also called to which i was told to email them the POP via the email listed on the bill. Can't do that cause there is no such info on thee bill or email. (claps hands). contact me and resolve the matter i'm moments away from cancelling. once resolved i'll change rating but I think I'll look for other providers so long
Placed an order on the 3rd of may 2019 (Order # ********** 2)The date given for shipping was for the 9th. On the 9th it hadn't been shipped, so I sent a query to them. Yusrie Allie responded and cancelled part of my order, a phone, without any arbitration nor any request from me. But ships the rest including a cover for said phone. Conveniently the phone is not at that price now. I as a consumer with rights, only see fit that they pay the difference and ship me what I ordered and fast.
Recently we were awarded a photoshoot for free from 21 Stars Photography as a gift via facebook. We arranged a date for the shoot. The day of the shoot in Alberton all went great, and we were excited to recieve our new family photo's except that the photographer now claims she lost the photo's. Thanks for the expensive trip that put us out of pocket by nearly R300. I personally couldn't advise anyone to use her service.
<p>I recently bought a used car from them. All was right until the way home when I discovered 6th gear to be causing a noise. I updated them about the problem. They assisted me in doing the repair and gave me a courtesy vehicle. I recieved the car back today. Now it looks like the car has been through a war, besides not being cleaned by this crew of wreckers. There are 2 new dents.. scuffed off paint at the entrance of the drivers door. a scratch on the rim. the steering wheel has been attached at an angle. all this to replace what I guess to have been a linkage to the gearbox. I luckily took pictures of the car before it left and have the images as from when the car was on sale. Now they had better sort this out quick as I am at the point of suing. This is not the service I expected from automark and toyota. I will gladly lay cases of vandelism just to make a point that no one should ever have their vehicles damaged like this. Life is not cheap.</p>

<p>Ordered a simple DVI-D (single link) to Hdmi cable and recieved a DVI-D (dual link) to hdmi. All dandy except my graphics card doesn't have that Dvi-d (dual link )output. Upon finding this out I tried to have the item RMA'd but they rejected to refund me. A one ASHLEY CLAASEN Claimed to speak to management about a possible resolution said he would get back to me but never did. This is rediculous. I simply feel like I really need to take this further with ASASA and make and example of them now.</p>
