This call center agent called Thato is ****** rude and the company itself is just something else, simply ridiculous if you ask me.
SABC account collection is so ridiculous. I paid for my 2017 & 2018 license but they say, via NuDebt, that 2017 fees are still outstanding and charging me a ridiculous amounts of interest. Nonsense. Are they really that broke and desperate to make money. Come on now!
So sick of emails from these people. My account with SABC is up-to-date but they insist i owe R371. Nonsense.
I am waiting for my license at counter 4, a nice lady assisted me and said i must wait. Then this other rude lady with a boy's cut comes shouting at me and demanding that i give her my receipt. Like... Why not ask why i am waiting? I honestly don't understand why she was so rude and why she works there if she cannot address and engage with people. Unfortunately i didn't get her name, i was ready to name and shame!
Tjo! So this morning I called MTN Customer Care on 083 135 and boy did they ruin my Friday morning... I made the call at 09:05 trying to cancel my contract. After following the voice prompts, they put me through to a consultant/agent, only to find people chit-chatting in the background with no one to assist me. So being the person that I am, I stayed on the line, wanting to see how long that would go on before I get assisted, the consultants/agents were just talking away, discussing their own things in the background for a good 3-4 minutes. I kept on saying "Hello", hoping that maybe they will hear me on the other side. The guy whom I eventually spoke to could not even tell me why they behaved the way they did and gave me the wrong channel to lodge a complaint. I let him know that they are being very unprofessional. My life had to stop for 3-4 minutes just because I had to wait while call centre agents discuss their own things while they should be "helping paying customers”. I found this behaviour very unprofessional and I cannot wait to cancel my contract with MTN so that I do not have to go through such rudeness ever again. Tjo!
These people will call you every minute. Literally every minute, happened to me today. They will harass you. The call centre agent Kamogelo even told me that i will keep on getting calls from their more than 200 staff if i don't give them a payment date, even though i said that i do not know when i will have the money to pay. They want me to give them a date whereas i do not know when i will have the money... Am i supposed to rob the bank or what? I will pay when i can, haibo!

I then called the bank (ABSA) to find out who these people are, they gave me the details below. I called the 021 number a number of times, it is engaged, i then called the ********** number (I spoke to a person called Nikita who sounds very inexperienced about life in general...) which i got from one of the reviews here on Hello Peter. These people are crooks who steal people's money, i am just concerned for those people who don't check their accounts regularly and those who do not get notifications.</p> <p>Their excuse was that there must have been an error when their agents were typing in the account number... How ridiculous is that?! She took my initials and surname and said she would check with the accounts department (I am not sure what she will be chaecking for), i asked for their accounts department numbers and she refused to give it to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>SABI FLASH</p> <p> ********** </p>
<p>I regret the day i answered my phone when ABSA offered me a service plan for my car through Innovation Group. Now innovation Group takes money even after reaching the maximum KM's covered. They say it is terms of the contract but really...it is not logical, why must one pay for something that has lapsed? I can classify ABSA in the same category with Innovation Group when it comes to scamming clients in thes regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>What saddens me is that i do all my banking through ABSA yet they threw me into the crocodiles mouth!</p> <p>I FEEL DECEIVED AND MISLEAD.</p>

Their plans are ridiculous, unfortunately i have one with them and i think they take advantage of people who are not that informed about service plans, maintenance plans, etc.</p> <p>Unfortunately i fell into that trap of taking up a policy with them when ABSA introduced me to their service plan and I REGRET IT EACH DAY OF MY LIFE.</p> <p>CONTACT OR NO CONTRACT, IF DOES NOT MAKE SENSE THAT ONE HAS TO KEEP PAYING FOR 2 TO 3 YEARS AFTER REACHING THE MAXIMUM KM'S COVERED ON THE SERVICE PLAN. <p>Finally!!! I can close my account with these people. Couldn't stand the harrassment! Yaiks!</p> <p>I advise people to not open account with Sheet Street or MrPG, or to close them.</p> <p>Months of frustrating, annoying, inconvenient and unnecessary calls and not receiving my statements of account! Never again should i even set my foot there.</p> <p>Yho!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot wait for my mom to close her account too!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Yho. So harrassed, now i am free...</p>
