Requested a small reversal from an incorrect charge on my credit card, and the staff referred me to a third party. As usual no help to the customers

You make me wait 75 minutes and don't even ask if we want drinks. No manager comes to check. Another lady waited 1 hour for her drink. Waiter Emihle was poor, told us 7 minutes and then 30minutes later we left. I have been a customer for 15years. Where is Shamiema and the old man. Then to make matter worse a manager Sisanda called me yesterday and promised to email me and call me, still no email or call. The store was not even full change the staff. I want the owner to call me.
Why did you remove Finrite from Edgar's cellphone insurance. They Sahav are terrible and want to give me. cheap phone and charge me R3000 difference for a A34 Samsung when Edgar's sells it for R5600 and I am insured for R5000. Please help me out I have complained and given them options but they do not consider the customer.
I dealt with Finrite for years and got a replacement phone even for more than insured for. You want to give me an inferior phone. To make matters worse for a Samsung A34 you want to charge me more than Edgar's price.I had a dual network and now you want to give me locked phone. This is *********. Please sort this out.
