My boerboel started experiencing pain in his hips and was struggling to get up. Took the boy to the vet and R7000 later he was diagnosed with arthritis. The next day I submitted my claim to dotsure and I received almost half of the bill back the next day. Payment should take a few days to reflect, but my claim was finalised in less than 8 hours!!! Now that is what I call great service. Keep it up guys. Having pets is stressful, especially when one has to visit the vet. But my mind is at ease because unlike other insurance companies, you don’t look very every reason not to pay. I will never leave dotsure! Best company ever!!!
I was told that I will have to wait up to 30 days to get access to a policy document, and when explaining my dissatisfaction I was just allowed to cancel without any attempt to correct the matter. If they have such a no care attitude when you join, and take that long just to generate a mere policy document (which should be mostly generic because of the standard plan), then I can't imagine how frustrating it will be when you have to claim.
If you value your property, and money. STAY AWAY FROM BREGAN PROPERTIES!!!!.....everything went well in the beginning, rental money was on time, and paid in full. Suddenly I got a statement stating no money was paid to me in that particular month. When I asked what the matter was, I was informed that my tenant moved out (way before his contract was over) and nobody bothered to inform me, they even did an inspection with him. The estate agent responsible for my unit left the company, and I was also not informed. When I told then that I would no longer be continuing using their services, and wanted the keys for my unit, they claimed at first not to know where it was. I insisted that I won't leave without my keys, it suddenly popped up. I went to have a look at the flat and noticed that poor paint work was done and inquired who did the pain work and a lady by the name of Mac said that they had it done. She sent me an invoice of over 2000 for paint work that looks like it had been done by a child. When you google the name of the company on the invoice, it doesn't pop up anywhere and the address on the invoice is 2 houses away from their office, and doesn't even exist. To make matters worse, the shower door is missing. When I asked them where it was, the owner Chris said I took my keys before I gave them an opportunity to do an inspection (makes you wonder where the paint invoice comes from then right?). This company is just a bunch of dishonest crooks. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever gave them an opportunity to let out my property. STAY AWAY!!!!
I would like to commend the Sunglass hut for its quick, and amazing service. The warranty on my oops coverage was sorted out so quickly and professionally. I am indeed a very happy customer, I will support them anyday. Their warranty really gives one peace of mind
Metrofibre installed fibre to our house, it worked wonderful for one week and has stopped working. We tried everything from rebooting to resetting it, nothing worked. When we call ed the call centre at night, only the fibre for businesses were available. The guy that answered from that section said he will find out who is working night shift for home technical support and will phone back, he never did. It seems metrofibre has called identity cz when you try phoning again they ignore your calls. We tried again in the morning of 19 April to find a lady on the line who is very unwilling to assist, she could not tell us when someone will come and assist and said we must just wait for 4 days (from the other reviews, it seems like 4 days will never happen). When we called again just to get clarity from her, no answer. When you put your phone on private number she answers, wow!. We asked if there is anything you can do to try and fix it yourself, you're told to wait for a technician Surely there should be a way to fix errors yourself???? Unless they are trying to save themselves a few bucks by kicking you offline with no option to fix it. If you're willing to pay for a service that you wont get, then join metrofibre. Worst mistake ever to join them!!!
<p>I have gone to this store on 2 occasions. Once to return an item and yesterday again to look for an item I saw on sale and wasn't on the floor anymore. The lady went and searched for me at the back. I always get such lovely service from the staff at this store. I wish I had all the names of the people that assisted me. Thanks so much for such great customer service. It's so rare to find these days. Keep it up</p>
