A big thank you to Bernice Engelbrecht from MediHelp Call centre who assisted me on 06-12-2022 with resolving an outstanding matter related to my dad. Her empathetic approach and taking the time to trace case documents meant that we resolved the matter -- good news for my dad indeed.. Bernice's professionalism and care are highly appreciated.
Waste of money. Cnr Madiba and Koorsboom str Mbombela Room no swapped at check in. I walked into a room already occupied. Food "services" is outsourced - the lady taking the orders can hardly speak to me comprehensively or does not actually want to talk to me. If u can go somewhere else do so. Chill Pepper for example. Pity they're full tonite.

Online shopping - what an awesome experience, time saver, plastic bag avoider, service from shop to pantry! Alas, the poor delivery guy rides in an archaic three wheeler! Polluting, and noisy - surely not a pleasant or healthy environment for the delivery driver? Come on PnP, get better, electric delivery vehicles!

Big thank you to ********** and ********** for constantly following up on a claim for a Huawei broken screen. It started to be dragged out by WeFix, Brooklyn for more than a month! Now that it's all on track, and with some follow up calls from friendly We-Fix staff, let's hope for a speedy fix and delivery. Miss my phone!

<p>Having recently purchased a Huawei P9 via the FNB Smart Device offer, I was further lured into believing this was a great deal when I also considred the cheap data. </p> <p>Problem: Connectivity remains a big issue with the network often not being available - and it is not as if we are using the phone in the middle of the Karoo -- this is in Pretoria!</p> <p>Other people with similar [problems? FNB having opted for a service that goes beyond its ability to deliver?</p> <p>Im reliant upon my device and being connected at least 99%! </p> <p>Agge nee man! Come on FNB!</p>
