What a shock to be turned down at 5:30pm for a purchase of a single bed saw and mattress yesterday. The cashier simply refused to let me do thé purchase saying she had already switched off the card machine. So I went next door and made my purchase at The Bed Centre who had the right customer service attitude even though i got to their doors a few montures after closing time. Deco furn -one would think with this depressed economy you would have appreciated the sale. Obviously you guys are doing so well you can afford to turn away business.
What OUTRAGEOUS fees you charge!!!! R4700 later and there is NO diagnosis and for that price - the vet actually still wanted to do MORE tests and on top of an x-ray he ALSO wanted to do a SONAR scan. Seriously was this all necessary?????? And all my dog got was a drip, some gaviscon to line his tummy, an anti-biotic and anti-nausea tabs for 3 days. and the feedback I got was that he was just coughing up blood as a result of vomitting alot. But for R4700 the vet can't tell me WHY my dog was vomitting. Your approach was EXCESSIVE!!!! Surely with your experience you could have figured this out WITHOUT such a huge expense???????
Standard Bank called me telephonically advising me I qualified for a credit extension. I accepted it understanding there would be NO catch - only to find out last weekend that I am not in R22k debt and every time I use my credit card - for every transaction there is a monthly fee that you can't every pay off - associated to that use. I move money into my credit card every month and have NO idea how I happened to make use of this credit facility . I went to the bank to cancel this immediately and no-one could help me on Saturday. I was given Fabio Panzeri's number but no answer either. Standard Bank PLEASE cancel this facility and to the citizen population out there - be careful what you agree to when they call to advise you that you QUALIFY for a credit extension....! How my own bank can place me in a position of debt is beyond me!!!!!!
Furniture Basket is a scam. I dealt with Wayne on the following 2 numbers: ********** 956 & ********** 727 - during the purchase process. You have to order and pay before they deliver...and delivery did not happen on due date. Once paid for - Wayne was uncontactable. I finally went to find their offices (before they moved out) - and insisted they deliver my order. When I finally got the delivery the couches were broken within weeks- the wood panels in the couch structure were cracking. The wood structure of their couches are made of old, rotten & broken pieces of wood that cant support the weight of a human. Furniture basket sales & customer service remain uncontactable and no longer in their offices ( cnr Main & Witkoppen). Be warned - you are NOT likely to get your furniture and IF you do (as I was persistent) the quality is severely compromised and you will have to buy another whole new lounge suite.
Mi-way are impossible to get hold of and the one phone I did get today - twice my call got cancelled while transferring to speak to their cancelllationa dept. I don't want the mi-way insurance!!!! I got a call earlier this month offerings me a cheaper Insurance but I tried asking more questions after the call via email and no response. Now I'm told I'm a policy holder with Mi-way while Im actually a policy holder already for the same goods with outsurance. Mi-way -I don't want your policy based on a salesman phonecall with no follow up to answer my questions. Cancel my policy immediately
<p>A warning to parents that have their kids bikes serviced at Solomons Lifestyle bicycle in Woodmead. After my sons bicycle brake pads were replaced, gearing and chain replaced and a general service done - my son's front wheel came off while riding. My son has injured his neck and back not to mention the open bleeding wounds under his chin, hand, arms and knees. Solomons response to when I returned the bike letting them know of my sons accident is that it is MY responsibility to always check the quick-release handle on the front wheel that tightens the wheel to the bike......unbelievable!!! The last time the front wheel was touched was when it was serviced. Now we have no bicycle as the front frame is bent and medical bills!!!!!! </p>
<p>I thought I was buying a 10GB data sim - so I could have Data connectivity available to me anytime anywhere. TURNS out that data is ONLY available when connecting to a TELKOM wifi hot-spot. That WAS NOT what I requested from the sales person.</p> <p> </p> <p>Impossible to get hold of MONDO call centre - just rings and rings (of course post sales mean nothing to scamsters).</p> <p> </p> <p>The 7 day cooling off period to cancel - does NOT mention the R99 admin fee is NON-refundable and NOW i need to also pay courier fees to return the product. </p> <p> </p> <p>Unbelievable MONDO and really cant believe TELKOM aligns themselves to this 3rd party frauster!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please AVOID this scam !</p>
