I am absolutely frustrated and disgruntled on how yaga promises to be safe spot app with buyers protection and only for them to allow to allow *****sters to operate on their app! When reporting this to their team, all you get is automated responses. I will NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Seems to have started off very well and there was a contact no to call now the app has turned out to be a playground for ****s
I had placed an order which never arrived and got a notification stating that my order has been cancelled with no refund meanwhile I was still waiting for the driver who had just called me to confirm my address . I feel ****med at this point cause neither is the service or my refund Recieved.
Biggest ****mers. Once a payment goes through you never hear from them. They than block you on their what’s app beware not to become a victim
On daily basis I keep getting calls from different agents whom I have asked on multiple occasions to call me on my mobile number which I've handed out each time since they always claim not to have. And today I received a call from this rude agent by the name of Sithembile who was so rude and disrespectful towards me and as I was about to get the reference no for the call she than decided to hang up. I than called them back with the hope of reporting her behaviour to her line manager and I was told that she does not work there and that there had no one by the that name and that they did not have a line manager by a lady who introduced her self as Hlomula what an acceptable behaviour with very poor customer service.
I need my contract phone to be unblock . This has dragged to a point where I have lost hope Bad customer service at its best they don’t care about their clients at all no matter how many follow up you do with them they just don’t care all a customer is good for is just to make payments service delivery 0%

I have placed an order with McDonald's for delivery at 11:12 it has been more than two hours since I have ordered and I still have not received my order ,I am not happy with their service delivery when you try to call them to find out about your order their telephone lines goes unanswered and this is for the 3rd occasion.
How does FNB allow people to take my money from my account without my authorization and when I call for a dispute I am still debited R18.50 to me this is daylight robbery , I think I should close my account.
