I was contacted in July 2025 by a Rewardsco agent, acting on behalf of Vodacom, offering me an upgrade on both my home internet and mobile phone data plans. The agent assured me that these upgrades would be better than my existing plans in terms of cost and convenience. This was misleading. For my home internet, the upgrade removed the extended data allocation I used to receive after reaching fair usage limits—something I never agreed to. For my mobile plan, the upgrade increased my data but removed the 500 monthly voice minutes I previously received, which I also never consented to. When I called Rewardsco on 04 September 2025 to dispute this, I was told investigations would be logged and that I would receive SMS reference numbers. I never received them until I followed up today, 11 September 2025. The investigation into my home internet was concluded with the claim that my dispute is “invalid,” while the investigation into my mobile plan is still ongoing. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The so-called “upgrade” has proven to be a cost burden with no added convenience whatsoever. @Vodacom, I demand that my contracts be reverted to their original state prior to these upgrades.
Poor Execution and Dishonesty of Upgrades by Vodacom Rewardsco team
My roadside emergency was attended to with ease. Kwandile Khanyile was swift in responding. Happy customer!
I have got to give Leigh Mentor five stars. In all my experience with Igrow Wealth investments, my bond applications have always been a smooth ride because of Leigh!
Savages. Unprofessional. Service delivery below par. Impatient violent servicemen. The one called Stephan attempted to physically assault my partner when he went to collect his car. This Stephan dude was 'triggered ' by questions my partner had about the substandard work done on his vehicle. Such a mess of a business . It took them almost 3 months to replace a tailgate. RUN!
I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for years. I appreciate their efforts in improving customer service. I ,however, have a big concern with how readily available a customer's info is. Today I had to access my PUK number and I used Vodacom's chatbot Tobi via my laptop. Tobi did not even verify who I was, I was just prompted to input the cell number I needed the PUK for and wallllaaaa! Tobi gave me the PUK! I was thrilled for a second then it hit me that actually anyone who has my number can get my PUK this easily!. It could be a thief, a scammer or a hacker with malicious intent. Vodacom, this for me is a safety concern and I feel that your customer's information is not held with the highest confidentiality. Balance me on this one please.
Bonolo deserves a raise. He assisted me with reviewing my vehicle and home contents insurance. Times are tough so these annual premium increases are a sore to the pockets. Glad Bonolo could get me a fair premium
MTN decided to attach an adverse listing against my name for an account that was fraudulently opened with my credentials. Mind you, I disputed this fraud with MTN twice last year in January 2018 and again in March 2018. I sent through all documents to MTN but hey I guess they are bozz and the main bully because now I cannot even apply for a loan because of MTN's maladministration and poor service conduct
So this toenail of satan company called Straton Communications has been debiting my bank account since April 2018. I call them to stop their witchcraft and the Enoch Memela guy I talked to acted as if in it was all circus. He was way off the arrogance gauge and kept giggling all the time I was explaining to him the frustration caused by their illegal debit orders. What nonsense!!!
