This company deserves to be sued. You pay for express shipping and 2days later the parcel as not arrived. What’s the point of even paying for express shipping ? We want 50% of our express payment to be refunded this is not acceptable.
It’s a 3rd time now Telkom chewing my all net data . You can’t offer me night surfer and then consume from my all net . This is a problem sometimes the night surfer works sometimes it doesn’t. I normally use this from 00:30am. Telkom Consultants are pathetic they will tell you to reboot your phone in order for the data to work. I’m sick of this I need my data back!!
Totally disappointed how the system works at Superbalist, paid for the shoe 5 days ago and used their reference today the order will be cancelled coz I used the incorrect and of which it’s correct. My order apparently is sold out . If I were you I’d not shop there .
I think I’m sick and tired of Telkom, LTE works as 3G , 3G works as 2G if it’s on 2G just give up ! No Service. It’s been 3 days now in Diepkloof and there is no service at all but the data is being used. Whatever they doing they need to fix it ASAP . I won’t bother calling them coz I will sit on the line for at least 20-40mins to be attended by a rude consultant and amateur team leaders. Pathetic!
It’s funny how we look up to soccer player professionals and we would love to be their personal assistance , being their photographers etc and yet they take advantage of us . I won’t pin point the candidate, but he’s at the professional level side . Do not take advantage of someone’s service whether they black or not. If we agreed on the price stick to the agreement and do not laugh and make excuses when suppose pay at the end of the service. It’s been 4months now since the candidate owes me money. I bought 5 gigs of data free me boost twice in a space of 3-4 weeks , I bought a 1 gig within 4weeks , when you buy 5 gigs you get lit bundles such as videos to stream on YouTube etc and music for Apple Music etc. I then configured/linked my google account with YouTube and while I’m streaming 2 weeks later I get a notification of 491mb once off all net data left and normally they give you 25gigs for lit video bundles when you buy 5gigs if data. I called Telkom spoke to a clueless consultant and told me they logged a case “ ********** 2” on the 14/03/18 just a trend to push you away. Haven’t heard anything from Telkom to fix this matter , cool I bought another 5gigs the next day and I had re-link my google account with YouTube again and it worked using the lit video bundles but after few days it took from my music bundles and my data all net bundles and today 26/03/18 I’m left with 420mb left , so it means alll a long it was using my all net data and music lit data. My music lit bundles it’s depleted while streaming YouTube!!. Pathetic. R700 went to drain!! I’m really disappointed in Telkom and they need to fix this coz I need my data back , they can’t promote something that doesn’t work.
I was once involved in an a tragic painful accident that was not caused by me and nearly lost my life . Iwyze helped me sufficiently I won't lie and increased my premium to the amount that I can't even afford. Well it's ok , long story short! , I have beef wth their legal department, they never answer phone calls NEVER!! They don't bother to get back to yu with regards to my recoveries of my accident. It's been 2 weeks now , been calling them continuously but no answer surely I had spent over R100 of airtime trying to get assistance. You will wait on the line for over 10mins , last time took me over 20mins while holding . I spoke to this lady from legal department and told me that their attorneys are at PTA and they are the company that Iwyze use for such occasions and that promises to come back to me last week but dololo. I'm not happy coz my excess was 13000. It's been 7 months without hearing from them , im at the stage to give up now . PATHETIC.
<p>bought pure energy fragrance from take a lot on the 15 December , sent an eft and was told that money takes 4 or more days to reflect on their account , on the 21 my order was cancelled as payment did not reflect and I sent them proof of payment like 7 times and still nothing happen , on the 22 Payment was acknowledged and the item was already sold to someone else. Take A lot needs to really improve on thier service. I'm definitely not going back to them.</p>

Claims department are not working on weekends why i don't understand, we need fast and efficient service I was involved in a serious accident on Saturday the 29 of the 10th/16 that almost took other People's lives at n1, my car was spinning from slow lane to fast lane after the crash and as I called them they telling me to call Monday which is pretty useless and claptrap! I was angry because I nearly got injured and my neck was painful later there-off. When you call the contact center they just rude all the flipping time I call and don't acknowledge ones incident is like when they receive a call is like telling one to go wash the dishes. Iwyze needs to improve its service!, or will lose clients. </p>
