Relocation and obtaining a residential property
We relocated from Pretoria to st Helena Bay western cape in january 2023. Mrs Sandra Grobbelaar of Fine&Country assisted us in firstly obtaining a rental property which we rented on a one year contract. We experienced the normal ups and downs of renting whith which Sandra always assisted to sort out with the owner. During january 2024 we requested to renew the contract for another year but during this process the owner decide to put the property in the market for selling. We were immediately in a panic wrt what now? After much window shopping for other rentals and/or buying we were still uncertain which way to go. Sandra saw our concern and came to the part wrt options we could consider. To make a long story short, july 2024 the property which we originally rented was registered in our names as the happy new owners. Without Sandra's support and consistant advice we would probably still be "homeless". Hereby just a sign of thanks and appreciation to Fine&country and more specific to mrs Sandra Grobbelaar for her support, constant advice and guidance in the process of becoming permanent residents of st Helena Bay. Thank you Sandra, now we are back home!

Work well done
Our thanks and appreciation to Anza Flooring West Coast (Langebaan) for completing our flooting in St Helena Bay. Jolene Venter and her team did a superb job. The team members were alway in good and friendly spirit and each member knew his job. Our thanks also for walking the extra mile and putting skirting boards in a room that was not planned for. Please convey our appreciation to each member of the team and thank them also for the friendly and happy attitude that was maintained throughout the day. Kind regards Jimmy & Dawn Wiggins

Special appreciation spur at west coast mall vredenburg. Always friendly and professional service by the staff and waiters. Really a pleasure to enjoy a breakfast surrounded by friendliness.

Hospitality
Exprience the quite karoo surroundings and enjoy the beauty of starlit evenings at new holme just outside hanover in the karoo. Supper is always a treat and an enjoyable activity. We always enjoy farmstyle hospitality. A big thank you to all the staff at new holme.

Animal (pet) health
My 5 month old jack russel puppy got a bee sting in his mouth on 20 oct 2020 at 20h30. Took him to vet by appr 21h00. Thanks to personnel and dr on duty for quick, proffesional and friendly service. Murphy (jack russel puppy) is fine and lively as ever.

Great service
<p>I requested beneficiary change on policy via email late on the evening of 25 Oct 16. Nikita Pillay phoned me early the next day and assited me quickly to impliment my requested amendments to the policy. The service was very friendly and very professional.
