No email, no call after promise that they will sort out claim out. disgusting service.
Verseker's client damaged my work vehicle but now to claim has become a huge hassle...I called and was transferred to different departments and the last lady who was not very polite said 3rd party claims must be done with legal...I have the reference number and everything...and to think I even considered to move to Virseker but with this type of service I am speechless
They are taking debits from my account without authorisation they transfer you around like a clown
All thanks to MAMELLO SELEKA who gave us absolutely fantastic service, she kept us updated, always followed up and showed true concern for us...I appreciate her and she is one of those people that brings value to their company.... My previous review was extremely negative but she has made such a difference and I thank her for going beyond excellent service.
I am so angry that they will not pay our claim as a 3rd party drove into us and how nicely the assessor quote came just below our excess amount and they won't allow or get this from the 3rd party..very very bad service
I was given a quote telephonically and was impressed with what the agent was saying, however when I saw the Policy it wasn't what I agreed to, she even insisted that I don't specify all our out and about items because it will push up premium, I have emailed her directly and even emailed Outsurance to contact me and no one has bothered to respond...I don't appreciate the bad after sales service and feel everything was just said so I could sign up

Momentum Double deducted my premiums for the month of April, I spoke to Kyle pienaar in April and he advised my bank charges will be refunded by them as the error occurred from their side.However after sending proof of my bank charges Kyle has not contacted me since , I have spoken to two other consultants and they advised a manager will call back and nothing yet.Extreme bad client service
