The worst by far Been experiencing problems that never fixed for 3 months now Every day they send a text that they are ware and working on the problem yet they have the audacity to charge the full amount every month

This the second time coming to this hotel that the linen is dirty, and there are ****roaches in the rooms,the air conditioning is not working and the receptionist checking me in decided not to inform me that the pool and the air conditioning are not working. They were just hostile and unfriendly. I’m livid didn’t even go for breakfast because of the roaches …. Yuck 🤮
On the 18 September 2018,I took my car for a major service at Car Service City on Nelson Mandela Street in Bloemfontein. After I collected my car and started driving,I noticed that there was suddenly a new noise almost like that of a fan belt as well as the gears that would not go in,kicked back as well as made a grinding sound. i called the receptionist who did the Admin with me to report this and he advised me to come back. the next morning on the 19th September 2018 I called and went to see the Manager as well as the Technician, whom started by going into the car and whispered something that i could not hear. They then told me that the clutch kit needed to be changed because the oil is not being distributed to the gear box, I then asked why that assessment was not included on the needs that they said they would compile while working on the car. I also mentioned that I noticed that there was water instead of coolant in the car and asked how can that be for a Major Service. I was on my way home i the afternoon when i experienced worse problems with the vehicle (gears) and i went back to the Manager. He refused to speak to me, swore at me and told me i can go to court he doesn't care.
I have just received the worst customer service at their call center. i went into the branch on 22 August 2018 to cancel a product and was informed that the money/refund in two weeks. Now that i call since the two weeks has passed I am told that the cancellation was only received at Head Office on 2nd September 2018. Why only then ? Do their consultants deliberately lie to clients and also, what exactly is the turn around time? I am disgusted by these big brands that do not take their clients serious and think they can call center agents that will just mute your call or place you on hold when you ask for a manager. I want my MONEY ASSUPOL
<p>I BOUGHT 1 GIG DATA OF FREE ME BOOST AND I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO WHATSAPP WHICH WAS PROMISED TO RUN FOR 31 DAYS AND NOW WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TELL ME THAT I MUST BUT ADDITIONAL DATA INORDER FOR IT TO WORK......I MEAN WHY OFFER ME THE FREE ME BOOST IF IT WONT DO THE WORK ANYWAY? SO TELKOM MOBILE HAS CHEATED ME FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS??? THATS RIDICULUS!! DISGUSTING</p>
<p>I ATTENDED A FAREWELL FUNCTION OF A SENIOR COLLEAGUE AT THE ABOVEMENTIONED PLACE . IT WAS A SMALL GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ATTENDED MAINLY FAMILY MEMBERE. AFTER NOTICING THAT MY BLACK BLAZER WAS MISSING, I CALLED THE MANAGER WHO SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK...IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL. I CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING AND SHE (ANDREA) IS SUDDENLY SAYS THAT HER PEOPLE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. I HAVE THREATENED TO OPEN A CRIMINAL CASE(THEFT) AND SUDDENLY SHE SAYS SHE WILL SPEAK TO HER PEOPLE AGAIN.</p> <p>I AM LIVID, THAT WAS A BRAND NEW BLAZER! </p>
<p>FIRST THE SWITCHBOARD LADY HUNG UP 3 TIMES ON ME AND THEN WHEN INFORMED DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE.</p>
