I am extremely disappointed with my sister's recent experience with Qatar Airways. She was denied boarding due to a language barrier, despite arriving on time and having all her travel documents in order. Instead of assisting her or providing clear guidance, the staff did not make any meaningful effort to help her understand the issue or resolve it. they were even rude and told my siter that they are not a Portuguese speaking airline so she must go book with one that is Portuguese. As a result, she lost the money for her original booking and was forced to rebook another flight at her own cost, which was both stressful and financially draining. This is unacceptable for an airline that positions itself as a world-class carrier. Clear communication and customer assistance should be a basic standard, especially in an international travel environment where passengers may not speak the same language as staff. The lack of support and empathy displayed in this situation reflects poorly on Qatar Airways’ service. I hope the airline reviews its approach to communication and customer care to ensure that no other passenger experiences such frustration and unfair treatment.
I purchased an Essence mascara at Clicks on 13 January, taking advantage of a promotion advertised in-store. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing because the mascara was extremely dry, as if it had been opened or used before purchase. On 26 January, I submitted a formal complaint regarding the product to essence website and the promotion, but to date, I have not received any acknowledgement or feedback from them. It is unacceptable for a customer query to go unanswered for this long. At the very least, I expected a confirmation of receipt or an update on the progress of my complaint. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the standard of customer service. I truly hope Essence beauty improves its response times and provides better support to customers who raise concerns. As a loyal shopper, I am disappointed by this experience.
I would like to rate Buhle Gumede 10/10 for the excellent service she provided. I truly appreciate her professionalism and I am very satisfied with the service I received.
Im honestly disgusted by RAINs service. on the 15th i got billed double and when i called the Support time i was told that they made a mistake and they will refund me within 7-10 working days. Today i call the support team to make follow up on my refund as it has passed the 7 days. The agent Ken said unfortunatle the refund was not processed. Imagine having to wait for another 7-10 working days for my money that was debited without my contest. RAIN i am reallyh dissappointed in your service :(

I am very dissappointed on the service received from Rain. My home Wifi has not been working for 2 months now and on the 12 February 2025 I logged a call and got a ticket number however to this day i have not received any feedcak/call from rain. The only thing they know is debiting me and I am now paying for a service that is not working. RAIN PLEASE CALL ME BACK
I brought chips and Russian combo at the Carnival Mall branch and after finishing eating my food at home, did I not have stomach cramps and diarrhea ( I suspect food poisoning) I’m writing this very disappointed.
