VERY HAPPY NEW CUSTOMER
i have just moved to Discovery bank, from FNB bank...what a pleasure. great service and efficiency, with a user friendly app. its still early days, but so far so good. thank you

FNB JUST TAKE AND TAKE
after 15 years of being with FNB, i have finally made the change to Discovery Bank, and havent looked back since. fnb just want to take and take and if you the customer try to contact them regarding an issue, its vertualy impossimple, ecspecially with thier cheap AI secure chat. i also bought 8 x R100 pick n pay vouchers and used 3 of them no problem, when i went to use the other 5 vouchers, the tellers at pick n pay state the vouchers are declining, no one at fnb seems interested to help or can give me an answer. then they also forced a debite order for netflix to go through, when i purposley left no money in account, becuase i wanted the debit to bounce, but fnb let it go through, and then chaged me a penalty of R141 for being overdtawn, unvelievable. good nby fnb and good ridedens. i work with 72 people and have already converted 3 of my colluegues to change to Discovery bank, and they too are happy with thioer move

Haven't received full credit
I ordered 3d wall vinyl and paid R330. Sent back as it was wrong color. I have only been credited R220 ? ..why? And the takealot app gives you no answer or options to log a complaint..almost seems it was designed that way

AWESOME CAR AND SERVICE

Drivers purposely make a weak attempt to delivery, so they can get the food
i had been using Mr D for about 3 years, almost 3 times a week, with no issues. then one night i ordered a pizza at about 8pm, and the delivery never came. i was still billed? so when i asked why, i was told the driver was at my residence and waited and phoned me. this is not true, because if the driver got off his bike and actually came to my door, as they have always done,,i would have been home..i believe the driver just stopped outside, and quietly waited, so his tracker shows he came to my residence. i believe the driver did this on purpose so he could score a pizza, which he did at my expense. I have deleted my Mr D app, and vowed to never use them again..the drivers are not trust worthy. i use Uber eats now

Would definitely recommend Bestmed
I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and had big surgery and now doing radiation. BESTMED have been brilliant and has paid for everything so far. I highly recommend.

Forgot my bacon bits
<p>Went to steers comercial Rd pietermaritzburg on Sunday. ..ordered my favourite large cheesy chip's with bacon ...only to get home and find no bacon on chip...not that difficult to remember...was order number 98.....inv.107942</p>
