Its amazing after 2 complaints still haven't received my promised data. For the life of me i cannot understand how your company operates. Worst service ever received. I would prefer to rather cancel my contract with you considering i paid and i am still paying for absolute useless service.
After 2 complaints and i received one call from MTN advising that they will investigate the matter but up until now nothing.. As you advised me 1 week ago that you will investigate this matter with the store manager i have not heard anything back since then. Does it really take 1 week to speak to a store manager about why i did not receive my 30 gig data and the way forward? Come on guys this is absolutely lazy and bad service from MTN on many levels. I have been trying since June with you guys to get my promised data and still nothing... Extremely bad after sales service.. Grab the client and once you sold him something then forget about him.. A client should be so happy with your service that he recommends others to your business and the only time a client should come back to you is to do another sale :-).. No business or customer ethics i can see thus far..
11 days ago i complained about not receiving my data. 30gig once of promotion data still not received as promised when i signed up my contract with Mtn. when i call or visit the store they keep saying i will be contacted. STILL WAITING. I received a response on this page but thats about it. I have tried numerous avenues to try and get my promised data that i signed up for but nothing. It goes to def ears in this company. Losing me as a client might not tickle you but a trend could see you shut down.. Its about customer care and satisfaction to what i now realize Mtn does not have.. Pathetic service especially your after sales service..
So i upgraded my Mtn contract with you guys a short while back and was promised 30GIG once off data. The sales executive promised me it would be active by the next day. Its been a few months and i am still waiting for it. I call Mtn and they said i must go to store that i upgraded my contract at.. Since i stay far from the store i made a special trip just to be told that it was long ago and i should have come back earlier to advise them that i didnt receive the 30gig data.My question is simple... Why must i drive all the way back to tell you that you didnt send me my promised 30 GIG once off data.. I was then told i will get a call from their manager the next day .. 1 Week has gone and im still waiting.. Im assuming his network is bad :-)...Clearwater Mall MTN.
I went to the Boksburg Flea Market to a shop called Moto Sports And Sound who sell car sport parts etc. I purchased a gear shift kit for my car and when i got home it didnt fit.. I took it back to the Chinese or Japanese owner who advised me that he forgotten to give me the correct nut for it.. HE gave me another one just to get home to see it doesnt fit properly at all.I went back and told the owner that this **** doesnt work properly on my vehicle and that i would like to exchange it for something else. He eventually agreed on an exchange but says because i used it he will offer me R100 less than what i paid for it...????Firstly i had to try it on the vehicle to realize the cheap ass part does not work properly..I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase from that scumbag.
I took some family and friends to Bombay Palace Indian Restaurant in Randburg that goes under the name Mumbai Grill but a branch of Bombay Palace as per their receipts. Firstly the waiter didnt know much and we asked for the famous bombay crush but we received strawberry icecream and milk blended. We then asked for an orange juice as per menu and received a liquie fruit.When we asked the waiter whats going on he seemed rather def.We asked for a pot of their famous masala tea and received a cup only the size of a large tot glass.The food is no longer to their standards as previously and we all felt extremely sick the next day.. We went to the doctor he advised us we had food poisoning.. Either old meat or old spices. Extremely bad service and BAD food.
A long story short..I settled a loan with Direct Axis but due to Rcs loading there public recipient as Direct Axis/Sanlam Personal Loans numerous people fell into a trap paying monies to Rcs instead of Direct Axis.. Eventually Rcs refunded a lump some to Direct Axis including my money.. Its going on 3 months that direct axis has not allocated this money to show i have settled my loan with them.. Proof of payments etc have been sent to them but not allocated yet.. Now i have the same company (Direct Axis) calling me and smsing me saying i am outstanding on debit orders??? I settled my account 3 months ago but you still debit me so i reversed one debit then you call me to ask me why i reversed my debit..I have been trying to contact your customer relations manager for one month but she is never there or never answers and never responds to messages as she was the one who advised that the money has been received from Rcs and they busy allocating it.. Does it really take almost 3 months to allocate money?? The moral here is that you guys Direct Axis have my money i paid to settle my loan but you still debit me and then send me messages stating i am in arrears which is causing my credit score and name to go bad because of useless staff that dont seem to be doing their jobs.. Please clear my name and allocate my money this year if possible please.. This is absolutely ridiculous that we have to go through this because the job is not being done properly from your side..
So i was settling a loan with Direct Axis/Sanlam and was paying via online banking. I added the account numbers given to settle my loan with Direct Axis/Sanlam. Added the account details on my online banking and it immediately picked it up as a public recipient Sanlam Personal Loans which is correct. I paid the monies through only to get a call 2 weeks later from Direct Axis stating no money is reflecting.. After much searching digging and help from FNB they found the money was paid to RCS Prodfin cards department.. A long story short is that somehow Rcs loaded there public recipient as Sanlam Personal loans causing numerous people to pay money incorrectly into their account.. After 2 months of hounding Rcs they advised that they dealing with numerous cases like this and its being sorted out.. Eventually they say they have paid Direct Axis the money directly.. Call direct Axis and they say nothing has been paid yet but they expecting a lump some of money as many people fell into this trap.. Now the problem is i have a debit order going of every month for a loan i have settled.. It took Rcs close on 3 months to refund monies that do not belong to them.. Absolute useless service.
<p>I ordered a Pizza from Debonairs Keylargo Centre in Boksburg at 12:14 today the 23/02/2017 Delivery Order Number #14 for the amount of R125.40 and it arrived at my company at 13:32.. Thats more than an hour wait..I called the branch roughly 3 or 4 times to find out why so long and they advised that the driver had left a while ago and they are trying to call him but he is not answering.. They did however keep calling back to ask if the driver had arrived... I must add that my company is about 2minutes away from Debonairs Keylargo Centre...Infact 1 street away.. So i was blown away by the 1 hour and 15 min delivery..</p> <p>When the Pizza eventually arrived i questioned the delivery man about his late delivery and he advised that he drives a s****** and it doesnt go fast..Im sure i can walk to your branch in 5 minutes..</p> <p>He removed the Pizza's and left as i did a telephonic card payment..I immediately looked at the boxes and noticed the dots are black and when i lookled for the driver he was GONE..I called the branch and eventually spoke to Moses the manager who told me he cannot do anything because i did not tell the driver that the dots are black..</p> <p>On the box it does not say show the driver that the dot is black and then its free.......</p> <p>I have the proof of 5 staff members who witnessed the black dotted boxes and we all ate cold Pizza..</p> <p>We are a big company that has been supporting this Debonairs for MANY YEARS and never had an issue till today..I have staff from all different departments ordering from you on a daily basis and now we get a response that does not follow to its "QUALITY PROMISE" as stated on your box..</p> <p>I hope to get a response regarding this soon..</p>
<p>Its at the point where i am getting fedup with Vodacom now..I accepted one of your telephonic sale wifi router specials and returned it 2 days later due to its poor service.. I was promised that the debit orders etc would not go off but rather obvious it did go off..I tried contacting vodacom regarding this and nothing was done..I went to my bank and reversed the debit and then suddenly vodacom contacts me infact starts hounding me for the payment that was reversed and on top of that they charged me R100 extra for banking charges because it picked up as a non payment from there side..Eventually someone contacted me after i put it on hellopeter and he promised to sort everything out and do a credit etc etc..Now after all this my January debit doesnt go off because my debit was removed and now i must pay vodacom R300 more because of this.. I contact my bank to see if they removed my debit instead of reversing it and they didnt remove it at all.. I called vodacom who says there system removed my debit.. Now whos problem is that??? I am tired of calling vodacom and running to the vodacom store who cant assist at all and say i need to call the customer care centre.. I have been trying to resolve this for 4 going on 5 months and vodacom obviously do not care much about there clients maybe because they feel losing 1 client wont effect them.. All i want is to be credited for the mistakes your systems made and to be debitted the correct amount as i have been for many years..Should this not be resolved you will simply lose a client that has been using your service provider for over 15 years.. The service these days from vodacom is really going down hill...</p>
