My baby was born 25 May 2025 and was added to my medical aid. Premium went up (which is understandable) but a DOUBLE premium was deducted from my account for July 2025. Tried to phone, but no luck with getting to talk to anyone. There is always no answer on their lines or you are on hold for a very long time resulting in no assistance.
Poor customer service and response. They upgraded our cellphone contracts without our consents and now we are trying to have this removed. They simply do not get back to you. Tried calling, sending e-mails went to the store. NO LUCK!!! As we are long loyal customers this is very disappointing to experience.
Checker60Sixty - Never have I received this service from Checkers6- Sixty. My order status on the app shows delivered. But I did not receive anything. When I phoned it was confirmed that the order was busy being packed and delivery will only be between 9 and 10. I selected now when placing my order. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED We were at Padstal Pretoria East on Friday, 02 June 2023. We made payment of our account, and the first payment gave the error “2-Chip Read Error” and it was confirmed by our waiter (Patience and the manager on call) that the payment did not go through, although we had proof that on the banking app it went through. They insisted that we need to make payment again and same was done as they wouldn't let us leave without the second payment. Payment went through (again, but without error on receipt). Next morning we received the notification from the bank that both payments went through and was deducted from our account, as was confirmed with the waiter and manager on duty that evening that same went through. Needless to say, numerous phone calls and e-mails and a visit to the manager in person it is now a week later and we have not yet received the one payment back that was made in double. Padstal are promising that it will only take 48 hours to do the reversal and we are still waiting.... We will never recommend going there and hope that urgent feedback in this regards will be povided.
Poor service received from Pick 'n Pay ASAP as my online order was cancelled and the money placed in the eWallet. After requesting the money to be paid back into my account it was confirmed that only after the 10th day (that one must wait for the refund) they had to process the refund again as it was not done properly. It has been 3 weeks without any solution. Really disappointed in the way that Pick 'n Pay is treating their clients.
A Vodacom fiber line was charged on our account in the amount of R 27 318-13, and we are not even using fiber line at home. We are currently using a mobile modem that was bought through Vodacom with a new contract. This is fraud on our account from Vodacom Office. Head Office just says that they cannot assist us and the our lines will be cut within the next day or two. Vodacom, please sort out this matter urgently as our cell phones are being used for business every day and all day. Hope we hear from you on this matter.
New quotation picked up (still not happy). Very unprofessional to sign in a blue ink pen a quotation that was paid for R 850.00 We do not want a new quote. Just change your customer service. Leaving it at that, the staff was again rude when we went to the store to pick up the quotation, guess that is not going to be different. Also, since receiving my ring back from your store and a "very reliable" jeweler, I lost a stone from my ring and this is going to cost me more money to fix. Just bringing it under your attention once again that you need to improve your customer service. You are costing your clients more money. We are really unhappy about the service that you as NWJ a big jewellery store give to your customers. Kind regards,
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH NWJ KOLONNADE!!!! EMPTY PROMISES, FAKE/FALSE INFORMATION, RUDE UNCARING STAFF AND NOT EVEN TO TALK ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER MARCEL!!! ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES. HAD TO RE-SIZE MY ENGAGEMENT RING TO A SMALLER SIZE AND WE WERE CONVINCED BY NWJ KOLONNADE THAT THE RING IS A DIAMOND RING. APPLIED TO GET A QUOTE FOR THE VALUATION, HAD TO PHONE THEM FOR FEEDBACK AND WAS TOLD TWICE THAT THE JEWELLER VALUED THE RING WORTH R20 000, JUST TO GET THE VALUATION, ON A NORMAL HOME MADE UNSIGNED VALUATION FOR AN AMOUNT NOT EVEN WORTH GETTING A VALUATION FOR. WHEN SAME WAS QUESTIONED IN STORE, THEY DID NOT CARE THAT WE WERE UNHAPPY, HANDS IN THE AIR AND WE HAD TO PAY TO GET THE RING BACK. WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Game Kolonnade has the poorest service. Went on Saturday as the printer bought with them is faulty. The guy at the printer department told us to bring it in on Monday or Tuesday. Went there this morning and they showed us away as they only do faulty bookings on a Friday??? NEXT TIME inform your clients accordingly!!!!
What a bad experience!!! Unprofessional and rude staff. Gym have more members than equipment to use. The children are all over the gym and members that pay cannot use the equipment. Sauna rules are not adhered to by the gym members and the staff are not doing anything about the matter!!! Will not recommend Planet Fitness Montana or any other Planet Fitness for that matter.
