Unable to Reach Hospital for Weeks After Referral, Extremely Frustrating Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service (or lack thereof) I have experienced while trying to contact Steve Biko Hospital over the past month. I was referred to the hospital by Tembisa Hospital for my daughter’s treatment, and I was clearly instructed to begin calling during the first week of March to arrange the next steps. The hospital strictly instructed that I should call before coming since the queues/ waiting list are long. Since then, I have made countless attempts to get through via phone, but the lines are consistently unanswered. Despite calling repeatedly over an extended period, I have not been able to reach anyone or receive any assistance. This ongoing lack of response has caused significant frustration and has directly delayed my ability to secure the medical care my daughter urgently needs. As a single, unemployed mother, navigating this process has already been extremely difficult, and the inability to get through to the hospital has made an already stressful situation even more challenging. I understand that hospitals are busy, but the complete lack of response over such a long period is deeply concerning, especially for patients who have been formally referred and are waiting for care. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed so that patients can receive timely communication and assistance when they need it most.

Very bad service.
I am बेहद disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from . This has been an ongoing issue since last year, and it has now reached a point where I feel completely bul**** and financially prejudiced. After being retrenched, I attempted to cancel my WiFi subscription due to financial hardship. Instead of assisting me, Rain convinced me to enter into a “promise to pay” arrangement without clearly explaining that my service would remain active and continue accumulating charges. This was misleading and unfair. I have not used their service for months, yet my outstanding balance continues to grow. Despite multiple attempts to cancel, I am repeatedly told to make payments instead of being assisted with cancellation. The most shocking part is that Rain is now attempting to debit my bank account on a DAILY basis. This has resulted in repeated bank charges and unnecessary financial strain. This behavior is nothing short of harassment. This is a clear violation of the , particularly my right to cancel a service and to be protected from unfair and unreasonable business practices. I have now formally demanded: - Immediate cancellation of my account - Immediate stop of all debit attempts - Review and correction of my balance If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate it to the and , and pursue further legal action. Consumers deserve transparency, fairness, and respect — none of which I have received from Rain. I strongly caution others to think twice before dealing with this company.

SA MOTOR LEASE Very Bad Cars and customer service
I got a car from SA motor lease in December 2024, the car had so may problems and after several phone calls and complaints they finally took the car back for repairs, the car was gone for several weeks and I was given a courtesy car to drive. The courtesy car was very small and uncomfortable for me and I then decided to do a change over. I changed over to another sedan of a different model. Though this new car had no mechanical issues like the first one, it had serious problems which I wouldn't have known had it not rained. When it rained water got into the car, inside the car and in the boot. It finally made sense why the car had such a bad smell and no mat in the boot. It also had a lot of rust in the boot. I took back the car which was soaking wet in the inside and smelling. It was evident that the car was previously in an accident and team had done a very bad job at repairing the car. I was again given a courtesy car but a better one this time. After driving the courtesy car for a week I got a call informing me that my car was ready and I should come and fetch it. I drove there and decided to inspect what was done. I realised that they had not done anything to fix the rear bumper which was letting water into the boot. They had not painted the boot to atleast conceal the rust. I had no way of proving that they did anything to prevent water going inside the car as it was not raining. It seemed to me that they only dried the water, put a new wheel cap and a mat in the boot and nothing else. I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not take the car. I asked them to please give me another car. This week I got a message from my sales person informing me that they had the same model car, same year but higher kilometers, but this one was a few hundreds higher installment. I told him that I would take it if the Instalment was atleast the same or less but he said the Instalment stays the same. I feel this company doesn't car about costomer satisfaction and quality of their service. I have never missed an installment, actually during my change over I was overcharged with several hundreds of rand still not accounted for till today.

H&M Recycling project misleading
Last week Sunday 22/11/2020,i went to H&M at mall Africa to donate our old clothes for their recycling project. I knew that 1 full refuse bag would give me 16 15% off vouchers. To my surprise the lady who assisted us gave me only 8 vouchers per refuse bag. I told her that I'm supposed to get 16 and she said no. I later checked other people who had taken clothes and they confirmed that they indeed got 16 vouchers per bag. I feel robbed because the reason I took the clothes was in hope that I will get enough vouchers to buy my children clothes for Christmas. Now I wish I had just sold them in the streets. H&M must understand that due to covid 19 some of us can't afford clothes for our children cause we lost our jobs and we really trusted that their initiative would help us still afford to dress our children well.

Very disappointed by Vodacom Network

Vodacom claims to be the network with the least drop calls, but that had not been the case in my area, I have experienced many drop calls the last couple of days. Yesterday I lost an important business deal due to vodacom's drop calls. A potential client called me and the phone just kept on dropping, he tried to be patient with me and call back about four times and each time we would get cut off after a few seconds of talking. He eventually gave up on me and went to seek the service somewhere else... I lost a deal that would have given me R30 000 for two weeks thanks to Vodacom
