This is such a great Company, I love shopping from them from the time I opened my Account with them I never had any problems & I love the Vendors they use such a great variety to choose from.
I'm at this time of the month again when my Debit order for my Funeral Policy Contract 69393D890764616 has not been collected. I really don't know what to do about the Service from Old Mutual anymore, please can you help me.
I am not sure what is happening at Old Mutual, every single month I have to send them an email about my Debit order, and the next thing God forbid I have to submit a claim for a Funeral they probably wont pay out due to a Debit order dispute which is caused from their side. I cannot cancel this Funeral Policy because then I will forfeit all my premiums I have paid thus far. Please can you help me in any kinda way. Regards,
I am not sure what's happening at Old Mutual, but for the past few months I have to keep on reminding them about my Debit Order for my Funeral Policy I have. The thing is this if I need to claim God forbid, they probably will not pay my claim which is entirely because of their negligence. Regards,
I booked a Trip with Uber on the 27th of June, which they Deducted from my Account. Then the next day they charged my Account for the same amount again. I then send through a query which I couldn't complete on their system because the automatic frequently questions didn't cater to my query. I then tried to reach out to their Support with no joy. With them charging my Account for a whole week with an extra charge that exceeded the fees in my Account I am now in a negative & I cannot raise my query with them. Please can you advise on what I should do now?
We received my Son's NSC Results and there's so many disputes and I have also read such terrible reviews about the accuracy of their marking process. So upon Login to have it Remarked they charge R1228 per Subject how is that even allowable. We already Pay so much for the Education now we must pay again to have them recheck & remark something they are already getting paid to do. Regards,
My LIME Account has been handed over to LGR Attorneys, and they have been deducting instalments as per our agreement every single month. However just getting an updated Statement from them (Lebogang Khoza) is such an unfruitful mission. Maybe you can assist me in some way.
I had an unauthorized Debit order that went off my Account, I reached out to LGR (Lebogang Khoza). She requested a POP for the amount & I send it through on Friday until today I didn't receive any feedback from them. Regards,
My LIME Account was handed over to LGR Attorneys, which I have been paying. I saw an unauthorized Debit order made to my Account which I then questioned with them. I haven't received any feedback from them Lebogang Khoza yet but today my Account was Debited without my consent & they still haven't given me feedback. Regards,
I had an Account with Lime Loans & ran into a bit of financial trouble, they handed me over to LGR Attorneys, I made arrangements with them & has been paying as per my arrangement. So LIME instituted a Debicheck without my consent I disputed it & I have been waiting for feedback from them & nothing till today. So this morning my Account was just Debited without prior notice or the feedback I requested from them. Regards,
