Regarding Claim IUL67847: The process From start to finish, all five weeks of it, was a scary exercise in poor service. Your assessor called last week with promises to come and see the vehicle at my premises but has followed the now apparent IUM philosophy of not delivering. The number from which he called remains unavailable.
