I tried reporting a security issue where women are being targeted at parking ticket machines. Centre Management (Caroline) is unable to receive complaints like this. Transferring calls to security staff is NOT what is needed to resolve this. Its obvious centre management is not interested to ensure customer safety. I will NEVER go there again. Liberty group please appoint people who can listen to customers when security risks are flagged.
Crawford College Sandton is such a dissapointing school. There is no prefessionalism, compassion or competence from staff or management. Even the receptionist is mean spirited and unhelpful. Dont send your kuds there
MTN has assigned a new contract to me without my approval. This is *****. Call centre emails are unanswered and call centre doesn’t have an option to report *****. I need to roll back to my previous contract. This behaviour is not legal. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, no respect for this company’s ******* business practices
Re-acticating an account is impossible? Cant log in to website or make any payment. Bot and service centre useless. Dont waste your time on their website, its broken
FNB - secure chat is offline. None of the call centre numbers work. Private banker listed on ap's numbers are incorrect. Should we all start going into the bank from now on? when will this be fixed
Item paid for was not delivered, customer care asking for evidence that is impossible to give. 8kg dogfood is never boxed so no box number/scan can be given. So dissapointed with takealot. Will never buy from them again
My Statements for my cheque account are still being sent using my ****en surname, hartman. Even though I changes my surname to Bakker over 15 years ago! Fica'd two or three times as well. All my other fnb loan/creditcard etc is under my current surname... how is this possible? Secure chat is non-responsive... I've sent correspondence on the banking app. Why can this not be sorted out easily?
FNB cant change OTP contact details for the past 10 years. Every year I call, log, app, message etc. fnb consultants to change my otp details. They cant give ref numbers for change requests. Nothing happens after every query. Very very dissaponted. Is it fnb’s process that ling term clients are not assisted or should go into a branch in these days..is there a better bank out there?
Hotel is not safe to stay in. Staff lied about ongoing powercuts, and lied about it being loadshedding. No cellphone service in rooms, rooms not connected to generator. False adverising- there is no free wifi or private parking. Dont be fooled that this hotel is safe or family friendly. We spent a terrifying night there.
I cancelled my McAfee subscription 2 years ago. Yet they debited my account again for a product I don't use. The call centre number on the website is not operational. You cant send them emails. What should I do to make sure I get a refund and is not bothered again?
