Rayana Titus and Zaid called me they claim to work for or own Remedy Debt or some such company! They're ****mers and pests!
Moonstone has disabled my account, effectively blocking me from making any further exam booking under my profile. Additionally, on the 20th of December they were not answering their phones more than 30 minutes the EARLY YEAR-END CLOSING TIME they themselves set for themselves. So as a result I promptly set up another profile, made a booking for 04th February 2024, paid using the correct invoice number and emailed the proof of payment, yet this morning again they "temporarily" cancelled my booking due to "non-payment"???

I reside in Krugersdorp. On the 4th of June 2024, I app**** for an entry-level job at Doves Krugersdorp near my home. The job requires no grade 12 matric qualification and offers a stipend salary of R800.00 per month. Dalene informed me that I needed to attend an interview for this position within about two days. I clearly explained to Dalene that Krugersdorp is the nearest branch to my home, making it logical for me to work there. More than a week later, on the 13th, I followed up with Dalene. Her response was, "Where are you looking to work, which area?" I rep****, "As mentioned before, I reside in Krugersdorp, so Krugersdorp would be the obvious choice for me." She then said, "Okay, which would be convenient. I have forwarded your CV to Randfontein. Let's await feedback. Maybe then we can consider transferring you this side." To cut a long story short, I was asked to travel to Randfontein to submit my documents, which I did. This was financially inconvenient and did not make sense for someone applying for work in Krugersdorp. Therefore, I asked why I should take my application process to Randfontein, but Dalene did not respond. Nonetheless, I traveled to Randfontein and submitted my documents with Mpho. After several follow-ups, Mpho in Randfontein eventually informed me that I should attend training in Newtown, which is more than 70 kilometers from my home in Krugersdorp. When I arrived at the training in Newtown, I discovered it was virtual. I was not given the option to attend virtually to save travel expenses and time. I asked Mpho for an explanation, but she did not provide one. Nevertheless, I attended the Newtown FICA and TCF training and initially was the only attendee until someone else from a different branch joined more than an hour later. More than a week later, on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of July 2024, I followed up with Mpho regarding my starting date for the job paying R800.00 per month. She claimed she was waiting for agent codes. I explained to Mpho that people I trained with and who took the TCF assessment with me were already working after receiving additional practical training. I questioned why I wasn't in the same position. In response, Mpho from Krugersdorp Doves repeatedly labelled me as "impatient." I requested the contact details, name, and phone number of her line manager, but she refused to provide me with this information. Despite my pleas, she again refused and abruptly ended the call.
I am giving zero rating to the dubious and opportunistic debt collection agency, Troik Credit Management, which employs scare tactics in a desperate attempt to ****** money from unsuspecting South Africans for debts that prescribed over five years ago! Let us report Troik Credit Management to the NCR for their ******* conduct so that they can be heavily fined or, better yet, shut down. They are an absolute nuisance, persistently engaging in ******** activities to make a quick profit from some dingy corner of Durban. The Council for Debt Collectors and the National Credit Regulator should urgently and swiftly act against these law-breakers.
**More Troublesome Than Rodents!** Vantage Debt - More Troublesome Than Rodents! If giving zero stars were possible, I certainly would. Vantage Debt is a complete disaster! This company is more troublesome than rodents, inundating me with a barrage of calls/sms's from various numbers in an unyielding effort to force debt review upon me. It's evident they are preying on illiterate and semi-literate people, exploiting vulnerable South Africans in the most appalling way. Despite my numerous requests, pleading with them to cease calling/texting me, they continue. Sometimes, they ring up to ten times a day! Their call centre staff are extremely rude, frequently swearing at clients and exhibiting a total lack of professionalism and common decency. The FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) and the NCR (National Credit Regulator) need to intervene and shut down these rogues immediately. Vantage Debt's disgraceful business practices are a stain on society, and they must be stopped. Steer clear of this company by all means necessary!
Gold Leaf Financial Services - Worse than Pests! If I could give zero stars, I would. Gold Leaf Financial Services is an absolute nightmare. This company is worse than pests, bombarding me with dozens of phone calls from dozens of different numbers, all in a relentless attempt to shove debt review down my throat. It's clear they're targeting illiterate and semi-literate individuals, taking advantage of vulnerable South Africans in the most despicable manner. Despite my repeated pleas, begging them to stop calling, they persist. Sometimes, they call up to ten times a day! Their call centre agents are beyond rude, often swearing at clients, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. The FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) and the NCR (National Credit Regulator) need to step in and shut down these ****** immediately. Gold Leaf Financial Services' ********* business practices are a blight on society, and they must be stopped. Avoid this company at all costs!
These are a bunch ****ing menaces and scoundrels. They use a very wide range of phone numbers to pester prospects into giving into their trap. I wonder why the NCR and the stupid FSCA don't take these idiots to task once and for all.
