Takealot is a ****. I bought Jbl EarPods earlier this year and after a month and a half i experienced a battery issue cause even after charging for hours they couldn’t last for long. I returned the product and asked for replacement. They claim to have replaced them. Then I use them for few months again and I experienced the same battery issues. Oh Now that I want a refund and not a replacement they claim I have damaged them. I asked for a damage report and they couldn’t provide one. How can you conclude that I damaged the EarPods without doing a damage report!!! What kind of a business is Takealot involved in? I have been waiting for almost two months to get an objective diagnosis and even after sending numerous emails to their consultant I am no where near a conclusion. They are indeed famous for Taking people for A LOT of granted
I did not know trying to get an insurance quote from discovery can be such nightmare. They not only able to beat my current insurance but calling me literally every hour without reading their OWN system notes is appalling to say the least. I cannot keep explaining myself to a different caller every damn time. THIS IS PURE HARRASMENT and i am even considering canceling my life cover with them. This is not how i envisioned business
Land Rover Bryanston gives the worse service ever. I took my vehicle for minor problem and they told you it will cost 30k. the car spent a week at the dealership and it was ready according to them on the 20/12/2022. Upon collecting the vehicle i noticed oil leak on my garage and the vehicle could not reverse ( calibrating warning ) because of the Christmas holiday i could not return the vehicle and now they cant fix my car or give me a loan vehicle sorely because my car is out of motorplan.
Fnb is very dodgy. The add additional products without your concern or approval. They have added something called FNB life on my credit card without any notification and when I contacted their call center I was told it was activated over 2 years ago. Not sure by who and why. Just imagine the interests I had to pay extra on that gimmick and how much they had to make off my transactions. I reject joining this bank . What kind of a bank is this that keep its customer on their toes and being sneaky! I am currently planning to Move my banking to a more respectful bank
Wow Cell C offers the worst service on the planet. How are you going to retain clients if your RETENTION department lacks telephone etiquette. One of you agents called Ndivhuwo gave me the most appalled service ever. as an ex Cell C employee are am beyond shocked
Had a problem with my transactions yesterday, called my banker and she told me she is no longer working for FNB. She resigned last year August. Why am I paying private banking services if I’m not benefiting? This is pathetic to say the least
<p>Discovery was suppose to pay me back R5000 that they owe me. Spoke to their consultant who said the money will be paid on the 14 Nov and show reflect into my account latest 15th Nov . 3 days later is stil not paid. I have never experienced such a pathetic service in my life</p>
