Shocking experience. Took my car for service. Nothing done, had to collect it after 3 days and booked in Hyde Park. In those 3days they kept my car tracker kept informing me of battery removal.Only to realize that in those 3days they took off the water bottle and swapped with a broken one. My car started overheating the very same day l collect it from them. Had to buy a new bottle for R2500 from Toyota. Very disappointed with that dealership

My experience at Shell Garage in Germiston(webber and Power street) was totally unacceptable and disgusting. Went to fill up on Sunday 22nd of August at around 5pm.Politely asked the attendant to please top up my front tyres pressure. The attitude look l got and being pointed to the inflator was the worst experience l ever came across from the Shell brand. I have the guy's name but l am a Christian person who respects other human beings and not happy if someone suffers due to job lose. So l advice the owners to teach their crew customer service. Learn from other Shell (e.g Lambton). So disappointing and normally leave a tip when filling up
Price overcharge.arrogant attendent,stinking attitude at McDonald's Lambton branch. When l had a query with the price charged, she laughed at me as if l am stupid. Very disappointed on how l was treated, save for my kids who were hungry as l would have cancelled the order.
Lambton branch does it for me. Called in 5minutes before closing time and was kindly assisted with the pizza perfectly done without any fuss. Well done team Lambton. You really value the importance of a client to your business.
Only 10 clients allowed a day for a vehicle registration copy reissue application. And badly its only done at 9am
