I made use of SA Debt Clearance to clear my wife and my name as we are married COP. This is now ongoing from September 2024. My name seemed to be cleared, but my wife's still show under debt review. I paid them for this service to remove the debt review status from my wife and my name. So how do you manage to clear one party in a COP marriage but not the other?
Did a Hippo comparison. Hippo put me in touch with Lejandre from 1st for woman. His way of treating a potential new client just cost 1st for woman this deal. Unfortunately not giving your potential client the chance to speak and explain something will not land you many deals in the pocket. Sorry to say, I will not be making use of your services. The way he tried to force the deal sounded like a ****mer trying to convince me to deposit money for a great return.

We stayed for 3 nights from 10 to 12 July 2020 at Juffroushoogte Plaas lodge outside Saldanha Bay. Upon arrival our welcome packs and keys were ready and the friendly receptionist requested us to please wait a few minutes as the owner wanted to meet us. We met the owner who welcomed us personally and made arrangements for our meals as per COVID 19 restrictions. Very neat units. Excellent food. First night we tried their Moerse burger, what a treat. Second night we tried their beef stew and third night their beef curry. Excellent excellent. They experienced a power failure during our stay where some cable were stolen and their premises and other premises in the area were without powrr. They had a back up generator in place and continuously reassure us that the problem will be solve soon. Eskom took their time though. I will refer any person to go and enjoy Juffroushoogte's great hospitality and great food.
<p>Contacted Bernadine Swanepoel of Realnet on Tuesday 27 December 2016 to rent a house from Realnet Barberton. She requested me to come and see her. I gave her my requirements when we met at her office. She informed me that she had none available at the moment, only end of December 2016. 10 minutes after I left she phoned me and informed me of a stunning house available that just arrived. Within an hour I saw the house and confirmed that I will take the house. Through out the entire process Bernadine was very professional and assisted with all my needs. She is definitely someone I will refer any person to. She went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you Bernadine for all your efforts and assistance. This kind of service should be rewarded.</p>
<p>Applied for my provident fund in August. I was told that it will take 6 weeks to get my provident fund. Needles to say I am still waiting. Going for 4 months with weekly calls all kinds of promises and still nothing positive from their side. Was asked to be patient until end of November, when asked I was told that a manager will phone me, still no phone call, no feedback, nothing happening. Very poor service.</p>
<p>Experience is poor. Suspended my bank account on 14 November 2016 due to overdraft without notifying me. My bank account was in overdraft as I was unemployed for 2 months. Even though I had monies paid into my bank account on the 25 October 2016. When I noticed that I could not access my account I went to Nelspruit Riverside Mall Branch on 15 November 2016 who gave me the contact details for the credit control. The gentlemen at the Nelspruit Riverside Mall branch informed me that my account was blocked by the Head office credit department due to a negative balance but it shouldn't have been blocked by the Credit department as there was a salary paid into my bank account on the 25th of October 2016. He informed me that when any monies are paid into my bank account, I must return to the branch and he will phone the credit control to reactivate my account. On 16 November 2016 SARS paid monies into my account for my tax year. I went to the Nelspruit Riverside Mall branch. The same gentlemen assisted me and phoned their Credit Control. They informed him that due to the fact that SARS paid monies into my bank account they can ony activate my account again in 7 days time. I contacted the Credit control and demanded that my account gets reinstated as they just closed my account without talking to me. If they talked to me I would have informed them that there will be funds paid into my account by the 16th of November 2016 and not to close my account. They refused and said that it will only be reactivated in 7 days. I then immediately registered a complaint with their complaints deparment. They said they will investigate and come back to me. Up to now, 17 November 2016 at 20:45 I did not receive any feedback from them and my account are still deactivated. They gave me a reference number of ********** 518. After I laid the complaint I received an sms stating that my complaint was received and they have till 22 November to resolve it, which means that I will not have access to my monies for this period.</p>
