Service at KFC Marlboro Gardens is so bad. On the 29th May order a meal after paying I was told the is no chips i must wait for 4 minutes they will bring it at the parking, I waited for 10 Minutes until I went inside and got my order. On the 30th May I went there again to buy food I used drive thru again only to be told the card machine is not working I should use the Kiosk. I get there the machine is not working. The service there is bad
I needed help regarding my service plan and I was assist by a lady named Palesa Temogo. She was very friendly and bubbly. She explained everything to me and made sure I am satisfied. Thank you Palesa and continue doing a good job
I have never experienced such bad service and unprofessional behaviour from call centre agents. I have been calling from monday to get my Rain delivered. Finally someone said it will be delivered 05.07.23 I call at 8h20 and than i am told its escalated for emergency delivery but someone who has to authorize it hasn't. I was transfered to another department holding for 15 minutes. I have hold for 20 minutes and the consultant call the accounts department and spoke to Sanduliswe/ Sandiliswe who refused to speak to me and told the consultant to book delivery for friday
I just got my experian report and an account I closed 3 years back shows as active now. I tried calling but I am not gutting any assistance Can i have this account closed because I never reopen the account
I closed my Jet account two years ago and now I realized the account is opened again and worse part they are charging me jet club under my TFG account. I have called numerous times to get this account closed and no response instead i get transferred to different departments. This is wasting my airtime and time. Why would they reopen my account without my consent?
I cant belong how bad old mutual’s service is. I went to the branch in March to enquire after someone told me my policy will increase and i said it shouldn’t increase. 22 July you deducted more than the agreed installment i immediately emailed old mutual to cancel the increment. 13 August i was told my query was emailed to the relevant person to cancel it. Today they deducted the same amount as last month such bad service. I want to cancel this i don’t have time to go branch
<p>8 Months ago I wrote here about someone opening an Avon account with my details, I emailed all the necessary documents and I got a call from one of Avon employees telling me that it has been solved and I will receive a confirmation letter soon. 8 months later I haven't received a letter, Avon is still showing on my credit record and my credit score looks bad because of Avon. I want to know how to get it removed from my credit record because its really affecting my life. Avon needs to stop making promises that they cant keep. Can you just clear my name ASAP.</p>
<p>I submitted documents to the fraud department 3 months back because someone bought items amounting to R800 using my details. Every time I call the credit controllers keep telling its still undrr investigation. last montn I called and the agent said I would receive a call within a week because they are waiting for the report from the courier company. Today I called again and the agent said its still under investigation and I should call them evry week to find out what's going on. I am afraid Avon will blacklist me for goods I did not receive. when I submitted the affidavit and other documents I was told they will respond within 21 working days. now its 3 months and I have no answers</p>
