So an agent from CAPITEC reached out to me after my previous complaint and, even though I wasn't very friendly at first she persisted. She had a lot of patience and resolved my issue in a very efficient manner. Thank you. This is the kind of client care that left me satisfied with my choice of bank.
So I phone them to assist me after a debit order was *****ulently authorized on my account. Sorry they can't assist I must phone the company. Seriously? I must phone the company who *****ulently managed to authorize a debit order but you can't stop it? Became somehow they just did it through your bank without my authority?
A debit order was authorized on my bank account without me actually authorizing it and I didn't even deal with the company. How is this even possible ?
I will never buy a Tevo product again. Game should stop selling their products because of their return policies. I received assistance after a big fight, and I suspect only because they could switch out tye part in my airfryer where the non-stick coating was cracking and CHIPPING. But the guy from Tevo made it very clear that in future they have to send the product for assessment as that is how it works. He was actually very unhelpful from the start.
There are two MTN stores in Ermelo. I went to the one in the Spur centre to send my Samsung Z fold 5 in for repairs because of issues at the moment fold. It is still under warranty. I was advised to take it to my nearest MTN store. The ladies in this store are very ***********. There one lady wanted to put her nail underneath the bubble the screen is making at the fold. I'm sure if I didn't stop her she would have pulled off the Samsung issued protector herself. Then they refused to take the phone saying thats I must send it to Samsung myself even though it's under MTN contract. They really should not be working in an MTN store. I went to the other MTN store and they assisted me with excellent service.
Pandodox the Samsung Service centre in Hillcrest Pretoria is pathetic. In March 2023 I send my tablet with liquid damage. Then they quoted a cracked screen. Then they said it's a typing error but that is the price. I received the tablet back and after a while the screen started giving problems and I returned it. They then had it for more than a month. When I received it back it was still not working properly. I had to return it again on 14 July. It is now 21 August and my tablet is still with them. Not yest fixed. Neither Samsung nor this service centre is doing anything to up the service or fix the issue. I paid R5000 for this nonsense. In stark contrast I repaired my Z Flip at FX cellular and received the phone back within 3 days. I regret making use of Pandodox. They should just refund me so I can ask FX cellular to help me.
I upped the starts now. You finally sorted out my account and I can use it again. Thank you for helping me after consumer friend bul**** me all this time. You stepped up!
I opened an Identity account after receiving a clearance certificate. Used the certificate to open the account. Consumer friend then flagged it as being under debt review and my account is blocked now. They just refuse to open it because there is a outstanding balance and it's under debt review, yet there is no valid court order placing this account under debt review. I have never even owned a Identity account until April of 2023. A month after clearance from debt review. An yes there will an outstanding balance. It's a new account that I have been using that was opened after clearance. Consumer friend now wants me to pay up the account before I can use them again. The more I ask for a valid court order indicating the accounts are under debt review the less assistance I get. Only a call centre agent that has no grasp of the law telling me it's my fault. Identity how is there such a communication gap between you and consumer friend? You are in possession of that certificate requested upon opening the account.

Funny that I received a paid up letter from consumer friend for an old paid up Foschini account and then the flag a new account. TFG you should do better because how can you approve the account, allow me to use it just to have it blocked.
