Purchased a YSL fragrance from ARC, Same batch number as the previous bottled I purchased from woolworths however the smell is so different it's actually quiet disappointing, the fragrance lasts max 30min and dissappear this coming from someone who has bought 2 previous bottles of the very same scent. No words 💔
This from someone who has purchased simply Asia for years now. I placed an app order a 566 and a 552 of which the 566 was the driest food iv eaten in a very long time especially from simply Asia. Number 2 The waitress placed the incorrect order for a brown sugar bubble tea where I know for a fact I mentioned wanting the dark chocolate option as the brown sugar isn't good at all, the waitress then proceeded to argue that I said brown sugar, to the point where I just said it's fine and left the store. Disappointing service and I will not visit your store again.
Waiting on a Parcel from the 24th of August, the incorrect address was firstly captured, the parcel went to the incorrect locker, calling the call centre 1 agent cannot pick up the Waybill the next agent can, in-between the agents dropping my call, the item was eventually deposited but no Pin sent for the locker. I was sent an email at 11:31am saying I had till 10:46am to fetch the parcel.

<p>This weekend the 20th of november i had the pleasure of visiting mall of africa for the very first time... </p> <p>I must say very nice shops and a wide variety...</p> <p>Part of my day mainly involved eating of which i did none of due to the food which was served to me at "wasabi"... </p> <p>I ordered a plater of food which came with hair.... </p> <p> </p> <p>Every food item on the plate had hair on it and the manager i though would at least apologize didnt even do so rather he took the plate and that was it.</p> <p>He said we would nee to pay for our drinks. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very sad and appalling service from such an upmarket restaurant </p>
