Communication from them is horrific, they do not respond any any emails forwarded to them. I have been waiting for the my rental deposit to be paid back to me, its almost a month yet no word out of them. Have been following up with no luck, seems this is the norm for them to just ignore you. But it seems like they also not worried about the bad reviews on HP
My fibre keeps disconnecting and states connected without internet. I forwarded a message to Home-Connect and was assisted in just a few minutes by Richard. What a nice and friendly person to deal with so early in the morning. Thank you so much. You just made my day brighter.
My husband has been with Fnb for more than 20 years. He has requested for hus investment funds to be transferred to his new bank... it has been 4 months already and yet no transfer has been done. All paper work has been signed and forwarded multiple times, we receive the notification that they are processing the request yet nothing is happening. This is so unprofessional and ansolute no service. If you phone to follow up you waiting time and money as there is absolutely no answer. Fnb we need answers or will you only assist once we have lost our vehicle and our home due to your lack of service

We have paid up our account in January 2022 even before the contract has expired. They have now listed us as fraud on the credit bureau. This is so pathetic. Teljoy pls wake up and rectify this. We gave not been clients anymore for 7 months.
<p>YET AGAIN.... SEEMS LIKE VODACOMS SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. SO MY MOBILE DATA IS OFF.... DEBIT ORDER WENT OF LIKE ALWAYS... RECEIVED SMS THAT MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS ACCTIVATED?????????? pLEASE EXPLAIN AS TO HOW A CREDIT LIMIT CAN BE ACTIVATED IF I HAVE A TOP UP CONTRACT.... LERATO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT... ASSISTED ME AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT HER SERVICE... bUT THE REST OF VODACOM IS SO PATHETIC... AND TO INFORM ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 24 HOURS FOR THE MISTAKE TO BE RECTIFIED... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MY FAULT AND I MUST WAIT FOR THEM TO FIX IT.... THINK ITS TIME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER</p>

<p>Now for 7 months having problems with my Samsung A3 phone hardly used due to the problem that it was always with Vodacom for repairs i was requested by SAMSUNG to hand in the phone to one of the branches to have a look at it. VOdacom stating there is nothing wrong but atleast Samsung has given me the feedback on why the phone is not working correctly. Samsung is willing to assist in fixing the phone but i have to proof that the phone is still warranty ... requesting the copy of the contract from VOdacom telephonically on the 20/12/2016 i have received an sms stating to email them a copy of my ID and a signed letter requesting same. I have done that on the 21/12/2016. Up until now nothing was received from them/ Phoning them now holding on for more than 30 minutes the customer service agent told me they still waiting for the letter... really?????? then i get transfered to the accounts department for what reason i dont know as Lebogang told me she cant assist Customer Service it the only department that can Send me the requested docs... Holding for another 15 minutes i have just dropped the phone. The service from Vodacom is really very bad.. I will not reccommend any person to join Vodacom ever with my past 7 months experience.... Wonder how long will they take to respond on this</p>
<p>Struggling now for 6 months to get my Sumsang A3 phone to work. I have upgraded my Vodacom contract and since the phone was issued the problems started. If ihave used the phone for 10 days without problems i would be lucky. 6 months of rebooting, freezing and it only swithes off if the battery has gone flat... very very bad product. Im a huge Samsung fan but after this experience im not sure if i can ever buy Samsung again</p>
<p>Since upgrading in May 2016 i have used the new upgraded phone for +/- 10 days. Even in that 10 days the phone started giving problems. Rebooting every time i enter my pin, will freeze and will only shut off once the battery has gone flat. I have taken the phone in 3 times already and every time VOdacom promisses that the problems has been resolved. Went to fetch my phone on Sunday 20/11/2016 at Lakeside Mall Vodacom on Sunday. Apparently phone was on test for 12 hours and the software was reloaded .... Bull dust. After 1 hour of fetching the phone it started again. Vodacom is very quickly to suspend your sevice if the debit order is not paid but very bad with replacing a phone that has been giving problems since issued.... Cant believe this... Empty promises and yet it is my problem to take the phone to them and fetch it.... Im sure i will get better service with another Cellphone service ....</p>
