My first interaction with Temu confirmed all the bad reviews this company has had everywhere. Four products were involved. Only one matched the description and the picture used to lure you into buying and that was one of the "free Gifts" a telephoto lens for phones. Very , like in very bad quality. One word for it is "junk" The others nowhere matched any picture of what was offered. Their marketing is focused on misleading you as the buyer. Stay Away, Far away...... We moved into the village in August 2013, And since then up to today, we have not had one single incident that anyone can call negative. The village's accommodation are sectional title Self-reliant privately owned units and NOT AN OLD AGE HOME. This said we are going to have 21 days of no running water which is not the doing of anyone in the village. As everyone know there are upgrades being done to the water supply and everyone has already been informed about this and occupants have been pre-warned to make their own arrangements to have enough water available. People that are reliant on family need to make sure that the family looking after them takes the necessary steps to have systems in place to supply the required water. What arrangements the local municipality is going to have to help in this instance is not yet known. Previous complaints in this regard have been totally out of order as the children / helpers did not bring their side placing the responsibility on the Village = whose responsibility it is not!!
How these guys operate can only be described as "attempting to operate as ****mers" I owed money to Ampath and I requested a statement from them. There were issues with the medical aid to be sorted out and they knew it. They sent me a final statement which I paid . Months ago. Now suddenly I get these SMS's that there are still an amount outstanding and quoting me a bank account with the name "Vericred AMPATH Trust account" Using the name of AMPATH in a bank account implies that they are in coherence with what whatever Vericred do. They deny that ...so I must now asume this is a ****. Whenever I phone them the phone is answered and then the call is cut. No response on my SMS's or Whatsaps.
I am assisting a group of persons who had ***** on their accounts. I have been trying to speak to a senior enough person to try and find solutions to the high incidents of ***** on the accounts of senior citizens, There is no way anyone at their head office is available to speak to me, let alone the CEO who does not even acknowledge an email sent to him........ I am constantly being referred to a call centre
I make use of a cheque account for the managing of rentals. This is a shared trust account where I am user number 2. I recently managed to put my pin in too many times and it locked me out. I made one phone call and was requested to visit my nearest branch ......That normally means long queues. I went to their Cradlestone branch. A smartly dressed gentleman received me in the front. Told him my story. He personally helped me and I was sorted in 5 minutes. If this is the type of service one can expect and receive one can be sure that they will soon climb the ladder of total client satisfaction.....
We, myself and my wife made an appointment via the enatis system for the renewal of our drivers licenses. We were allocated the slots 8H20 and 8H40 on 14 march 2024. We pitched at 8am and there was one long queue waiting to be served. No staff in attendance. From the people in the queue, we learned that they do not work on appointments and one of the clercs indicated that we must just wait our turn. Wonder about wonder the queue move quickly and 5 minutes past our second allocated time we got served! And it went smoothly - within about 15 minutes we were out .........Sometimes moaning and groaning is' always necessary
Spam Calls are being received on a daily basis. Caller would not id herself she calls on behalf of my Budget on behalf of King Price . They do not have my permission to use my data to contact me . This is against the POPIA act They are spammers and the most irritating telemarketers EVER !. iF THEY CAN NOT KEEP TO THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY HOW CAN THEY DELIVER ANY GOOD SERVICE ?
These guys advertise a vehicle for sale. I requested that the vehicle be brought to me for inspection and possible sale. A saleslady with a serious attitude attended to my request and flatly refused to be of service in this way and then started an argument on WhatsApp with me. If this is the type of salespersons these guys employ I hope they make a fortune
Client service seems totally nonexistent. We are looking for a product in their online shop and used the search facility. It is pretty straight forward '"Defy Thermofan oven" - included the product code . Over 6000 products show up. A total useless effort. Phone their customer line - after 15 minutes holding on - gave up. Send them an email to their customer services . No response. Tried their Whatsap service. Totally useless. Send them a message via Facebook messenger - no response. Wrote on their Facebook page - No response. HOW USELESS CAN ON GET ?
